Fantastic service from both Nigel and Adam. Initially visited the showroom and Nigel spent time with us, listening to our requirements and suggesting appropriate wood burners. No pressure to buy. We were happy with our quote, and went ahead. It was installed today, on the day agreed, and the installation went smoothly. Nigel and Adam took care to cover everything nearby with pristine dust sheets, removed the old wood burner, installed a new flue liner, installed the new wood burner, put up cowls on all our chimneys, and even moved the heavy old wood burner upstairs willingly and without a grumble. And tidied up thoroughly before they left. We couldn't have had a better experience.

Superb service from Lorraine, Nigel and the rest of the team. Lorraine was so helpful as we weren't really sure what we wanted, she walked us through all the options until we finally made our choice. The installation also went extremely well, Adam did a great job he had to fix the existing hole in the wall before putying the new fire in and cleaned up after him. The new fire looks lovely we're so pleased. Thank you. Definitely recommend.

After our initial visit to the Hockliffe Street showroom, we chose a fire & fireplace. Nigel duly visited our house & measured but found our original choice of fire wouldn't work where it had to go. After a great deal of research, Nigel rang us with another option which would give us the look we desired.

This morning, Nigel & Adam arrived on time & started working immediately. Despite a very hot day, they were thorough, polite and worked at a steady pace all day. They then cleared up behind them before they left.

Really great service from Nigel who was really helpful in suggesting how we could reduce the hearth and surrounds of our current gas fire without having to replace the whole thing.
Fitting was fantastic, and helped to improve the pipework we had in situ to leave us with nothing showing. Clean working and very little to sort after.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I needed an ancient Powaflue fire replaced and after visiting the showroom (by appt) and being guided through the options I went with a great electric fire that looks massively realistic and really complements the room. From the pre-sales advice to the installation team (marvellous) the whole experience was a pleasure. I would really recommend these guys.
