Not impressed. Fitted a wood burning stove incorrectly, was dangerous & failed to work properly. When called back out, told a catalogue of lies, washed their hands of the whole thing, and took stove and gave us a refund... no help or apology.... shambles !!

Amazing product with really knowledgeable and helpful customer service Alas the fire did develop a problem which John and Harvey were able to resolve with the manufacturer in the warrant period, would definitely recommend.

Just had a gas stove fireplace fitted. From knocking through into the chimney breast to plastering and finally fitting the beam to finish it off. The work was first class standard and all cleaned away when finished.

Found the owner to be the most unhelpful guy I had ever come across. Didn't like his attitude at all.. prices were far too high. Would never buy anything from them.

Had a quote for installation which was nearly twice the amount it should of been. Just glad I didn't end up having anything fitted and got other quotes

What can I say about Richard & John other than they are two of the most helpful and kind hearted business men I've had the pleasure of talking to in a long time! Really went above & beyond to make sure my fireplace (that they didn't install) was safe - thank you for all the help.
