Good quality food but for the price it is a ripp off. Ross chippy on the otherside of the street have larger portions for a cheaper price.

I don't live in Backup, but whenever I am passing through (which is not often enough) I make it a point to stop for in my opinion, the best fish 'n' chips I've ever had.
The fish is perfectly moist and just right on the inside and crispy and dry on the outside, not overcooked and oily like most places and the chips are perfect.
My only gripe is the small portions. The price is slightly higher than usual, but well worth paying that little extra. This is the reason I've given four stars otherwise it would have been five.

Best fish and chip's in the valley will be back again. The portions are a very good size

Good food, small portions and quite expensive for what you get. Need to sort the portion size out volume for money very poor
