Ocean Fish Bar

Very good a nice portion of kids fish and chips for £5.50 is ideal for me a small eater friendly staff too and very clean looking place kiddies meal takes longer as its cooked fresh.

We visit this place first time and we very happy with our food order. We got large fish&chips. Chips where very nice and fish was lovely. Cook fresh to order. Definitely we would recomment this place. Reasonable price for good food and large portion.

Update: we visit this place after 6 months and it change owner since them. This time sadly have to give just 4 stars. Food is not 5 stars anymore. This time our fish was kinda greasy and also we found fish bone in one of the fish. Also we try order chicken nuggets and sadly nothing special. Typical frozen nuggets like from mcdonald.

We drive past 2 other chip shops to get here. Always lovely and cooked freshly to order.

Best chop shop in Stevenage and very lovely people and staff

First time using, owners were lovely & chatting, I had fish & chips very nice not greasy.
Husband had savaloy & chips, that was very good too. Savaloy not boiled, had a crisp skin very nice. Chips were crisp not greasy.
Definitely use again, recommend to others

Delicious food on every visit. Hot and fresh. Highly recommended. Very friendly and efficient staff. The finest chippy in the area.

Quite expensive but really organised &
large portions cooked to order. Large varied menu and we'll Covid secure. Will
charge extra 10p for carrier bag unless not notified !!

I've tried a few fish and chip shops in Stevenage and this is definitely the best! 10/10 get as a treat as often as I can
