Excellent food, the chips are genuinely the best I have had from a chippy, fish was cooked fresh. The chip shop was popular, a long queue greeted those arriving after me. Excellent, hot fresh and good portions. Hand on heart, the best chippy I have ever had. My pics don't do it justice

I first discovered Rob's Chippy over a year ago, and like the one that got away they have haunted my dreams. The generous portions, chips the perfect combination of soft and crispy, and the gravy, oh the gravy.

Thick enough to resurface a road and filled with more flavour than a pot noodle sachet, it is divine. I must make my pilgrimage again soon, my soul hungers for the mana of Robs Chippy once more.

If only they put the same amount of money into their ingredients as the recent face-lift the shops had it would be 5*. Unfortunately this isn't a whim review we've had awful meals hear for the past few months. It used to be a fab chippy but has gone way down hill. Food far too salty, batter wasn't really batter but a soggy and stale chips wasn't fully cooked,oh and the wait was absolutely ridiculous near 45 minuets.

Best fish and chip shop from Towyn to Abergele, clean oil used you can tell by the chips and fish. Well priced and half the cost of the caravan parks.
It will be busy at peak periods but they do get through the queue fairly quickly.
Highly recommended :-)

Great fish and chips 🍟 so tasty. Fish was very fresh, cooked whilst waiting. But of a wait but worth it for the quality of food and excellent service. Young lady did a grand job, as she was on her own serving. very polite excellent manners. A credit to the business.

Good food but if you want a tray or a fork you are charged extra. Felt that these should be part of the package.
Food cooked to order so was fresh and more importantly hot. Would recommend the food but take your own cutlery and plates.

In 5 years living in North Wales, I've managed to find a chip shop, which serve you with a proper bag of chips, instead of poxy trays, which all other chippy's seem to use and first impressions are very good. Not as many chips as the one I used when living in Crewe, called cod n all, which by the way is the best chippy I've ever been to.

The most fantastic chips from a chippy, lovely fish and battered sausage, and delightfully sweet curry sauce. All for a dang good price of £21, fed 4 adults and 2 kids, noice!
