Boom Cycle - Monument

Love Boom! It's fun, the instructors are super motivating and you get a great workout! It's not performance based and super rigid like other spin classes I've been to and therefore way more fun, in my eyes. I've been to a couple of their studios and this one is a great addition. Such a good location!

Always find Boom to be a brilliant work out. Their instructors are inspiring rather than intimidating and the belting tunes make it a fun, social experience. There’s a great bond in the class! Thank you Boom!

It's like spinning.....was 15 years ago! Cyclebeat got bought out by Boom Cycle who have basically removed the leaderboard and replaced the reasonably modern bikes (with screens) with bikes older than me! Remember when adding resistance involved turning a knob clockwise a completely unknown amount, you get that here! Tech-free spin classes. I couldn't secure my wobbly handlebars and my pedals were also really loose. Couldn't hear the instructor at all, which was possibly a blessing in disguise. Shame as Cyclebeat was excellent, I'll head to Digme instead.

Close to my office so can pop to a class at lunchtime. Fun class with great tunes, motivating instructors. Best thing for me is the convenience and facilities afterwards. They provide towels, hairbands, water, showers, hairdryers, deodorant, tampax.. everything you need to return to the office pretending you didn't just go to a spin class !

Love this spin studio. From the friendly receptionists to the brilliant teachers and the great tracks to spin to, there is so much to like about this brilliant studio. I love spinning in the dark to music and it really is the best start to the day. Really lovely atmosphere and always feel welcome.

Just visiting for the week in London but had a great spin class. Soulla is an amazing leader. I have done spin classes in New York, Boston, Sophia and Rome and Soulla is one of the best I have worked out with. Be back tomorrow!

Had a great Friday night ride! Haydn’s class was so much fun, though I definitely felt the burn the next day! The after class Prosecco was a nice surprise on a Friday too 🎉

One of the best spinning class I did in a wile. Really loved the music selection, the energy of the instructor and the friendliness of the stuff.
