Tapi Carpets & Floors

After my recent visit to Tapi carpets Harlow I felt like I needed to write a review.
I was lucky enough to have found Paul Noakes at Tapi Harlow. He is an absolute credit to the company. I haven’t had my carpet put in as yet so I can only comment on this service. What I will write about is my experience at the Harlow branch.
Paul was a very professional and friendly member of staff, he dealt with my questions and requests flawlessly and offered very good product insight. I was given a great deal on my flooring. So good in fact that I came back again within two weeks to also get the carpet from Tapi Harlow. It was such an efficient service that was quick and painless! We have the stress of a complete home renovation and this was by far the easiest part of our whole project.

I had the rooms that needed carpeting measured by another true professional at Tapi, Russell. Another great member of Tapi carpet staff with detailed product knowledge and a high standard of customer service.
My experience of both Paul and Russell will ensure Tapi will be my first port of call for any future projects and I would recommend them highly to anyone.
If you can please do go to the Harlow branch and look for Paul Noakes he is a superstar!

Really helpful people... Attentive to every detail. Lots of help and advice whilst choosing and then great service fitting and following up to make sure everything went well. Delighted with the results. Carpets now been down 2 years and still like new ... posting more pics ... see for yourself!

Cannot recommend them enough. The fitters were absolutely fantastic and treated the work as if it was in their own home. Also, especially at the moment they adhered to social distancing and face coverings. Will definitely use again.

We used the Harlow branch, everything was amazing from start to finish. The manager was lovely, the man who came to measure was very polite, the 2 men (Gavin and Aiden) that fitted the flooring were both very polite and worked so hard to get the job done. Brilliant job. Would definitely recommend!

come in today with no idea how i was going to floor my new flat and was greeted by Ian and Paul who listened to what i needed and my budget. I was so happy with their expert knowledge and professionalism. So friendly and helpful i would recommend them to everyone

Went to the harlow branch for a look and a quote, they were excellent, not pushy at all and gave good advice and a breakdown of costs.
