We would give zero star if there’s the option!!!
Do NOT use their fitting service especially if you have kids!!!! Simply for health and safety issue !!!
Tapi carpet promised us they will be responsible for the quality of the fitting on the first phone call, but no, when the nail poked through the carpet on every single one of the step on staircase - literally 3-4 nails came through on each of the step !!! The initial customer service on the phone told me (a lady almost shouted at me) that only the same fitting company can fix for us, because we paid them! Phone being recorded.
And a gentleman called me back later offering a solution, basically what I did - which is hammering it down… no Tapi, you lost our trust.

We placed a carpet order remotely for a massive bedroom and it was handled by Chris.
