United Carpets And Beds Mansfield

This is what my mum has put up with. Not good calling a customer a liar. Both grandparents are disabled also not turning up to a job we had arranged with you and not giving us a call to try and rearrange is seriously pathetic. We are also telling the builder who sends all his customers your way because you are supposed to be professional and do a great job. Blaming everybody else but yourselves is just pathetic for a business. The underneath statement is what my mum wrote on her Facebook. Thought you all would enjoy the read and hopefully they'll learn from this and go elsewhere. Also don't try and get us to email you which we both know you won't reply like every other complaint will more than likely be binned cause you can't be bothered to rectify the problem. Did I mention that you are pathetic.

My comment to United Carpets head office

Never been so disgusted in your customer service in your Mansfield store.
We have been let down when they said they were coming to rectify a fault, the flooring of our mum and dads extension, both are disabled and passed over £400 in cash to have it fitted in the reassurance it would stay stuck to the floor for over a year at least.
I was told I was a liar by the man that came to look at it yesterday too.
Not acceptable at all and I'm telling everyone about your below standards of customer service.
We didn't want a new flooring free, we just wanted you to come along and rectify the problem.

Great company offering a great service. They may cost a little more but its definitely worth it. Great Staff in the store and the carpet fitters are fantastic. We wouldn't use anyone else.

We had our diner/living room ,hall, stairs and landing fitted today ,the three guys that came out ,Joe and two others (sorry can't remember your names ) were absolutely fantastic ,very friendly and polite . A superb job our house is transformed. I would highly recommend ,from visiting the showroom ,then the manager coming to measure up ,to the finished job 10/10 ,thank you all involved

Excellent customer service. They went over & above to fit our carpets before we moved in. Credit to the staff 100%

We're asking for a Stanley knife to do some carpets for my mum but all they wanted to do is wanted me to park pay for the most common fit I don't think that's very good to say it's a car pitch shop

Had beautiful carpets and hard flooring fitted throughout our home and it looks perfect, thank you , great staff in store, highly professional fitters, would highly recommend, the quality and service is over and above

Highly not recommend ! Had my carpets done from them .I paid full price for carpets , they was fitting while I was at work . I came back home and saw that one of bedrooms had short cut carpet and carpets was not fitted right as they stick out of floor and stairs. I had to waist my time to try have it sorted . Manager came trying to tell me that is not short cut so he pull it out and surprise! He agreed to change it , said that carpets needs tight up but stairs are how they fit them ( for a fact is not how they should be fitted ) so I spend 1640 pounds to have carpets fitted to hate the look at them ! They changed my bedroom carpet but done nothing with the rest !!! If anyone wants buy carpets of them I welcome you to have a look at mine ! Waste of time and money !!!
