Everyone was very helpful and knowledgable from the shop staff to the fitter. I had to rearrange the fitting due to a bereavement but this was achieved without any hassle. Kept informed at each step and calls to the store were dealt with promptly and easily. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with Tapi and Silvio in particular. Our house is older and the floor underneath had issues and he sorted it out quickly and it didn't cost as much as we had planned. We love our new laminate so much, it looks fantastic and was expertly installed.

Excellent service! We had a new carpet fitted in our bedroom which unfortunately had de lamination. After a prompt check Christen quickly agreed to replace the carpet like for like. After a discussion with my wife we asked if we could have a different carpet fitted as a replacement, again Christen agreed without hesitation. When visiting the store James was extremely knowledgeable and talk me through our options. Within a week Ben came out and replaced our new carpet, he was quick and tidy and friendly. A big thank you to all 3. I could not recommend higher! We will back in the new year for the next room.

Excellent service all round from arranging for a quote through to fitting. Plenty of samples bought to my home to choose from as I'd not been into the shop. I chose to have the "uplift service" too
All done within approx.3 weeks. Kept fully informed throughout. Wayne and Ben where the fitters who were excellent. They contacted me on the day with an arrival time.

Incredible service from James and team at Tapi Canterbury.
It felt like an impossible task, 80m2 of carpets, to be delivered and fitted in 2 weeks but they did it.
Ben the fitter was nothing short of super human!
Let down by his assistant, and after 7 hours of fitting he even offered to help with any heavy items back into the room, what a hero.
Its not often where you really feel like people are going a long way out of there way for you, but these guys are the exception AND competitively priced too.
Could not recommend any higher.

Being unable to visit the Canterbury store I phoned for advice on bathroom flooring and received friendly and courteous help from James and Steve. Ben
has done a perfect job of screeding the floor and will return to fit the vinyl this week. They are a good team at Canterbury and nothing is too much trouble. They will be my first port of call in future.

Have just ordered carpet for 2 bedrooms, hall, stairs and landing. James listened to our requirement, made suggestions as to suitable carpets and was informative on their quality. He worked out the price using our measurements and informed us of the different underlays and doorbars/grippers that we required.
Simon visited our home the following day to check the measurements and was also very pleasant and listened to our requirements.
The store was clean, tidy and spacious manned by pleasant and welcoming staff.

The service I received from the Canterbury Branch was second to none. Having been let down by another famous carpet store during lockdown, all the staff at Tapi were so helpful, efficient and true to their word on delivery and fittings. James and his team were amazing. Thank you all so very much
