I had my house completely re-carpeted over 3 visits, which allowed me to redecorate in stages. Apart from the carpet looking lovely, the whole customer service from Tapi in Ashford Kent has been fantastic and they allowed me to decorate at my own pace. Each fitter turned up on time as stated, was friendly, did a great job and also cleared up after themselves. Each were also only too happy to answer any questions and make sure any little extra areas were covered. Overall can't fault them and highly recommend.

Incredibly happy with the service from Tapi Carpets, this is from the store to the installation. Whilst in store, staff were not pushy and allowed us to take the time we needed to choose the flooring. After this, when pricing up our order, they clearly explained the cost and any extras that may be needed (such as having a level base for the LVT). We had visits before to ensure our measurements were correct and samples brought to our house to see if it was exactly what we needed. The installation was quick (considering there were three rooms to do) but also completed with a quality finish. I would definitely recommend Tapi Carpets.

Approachable, no fancy high pressure sales talk - very helpful, quick, good advice, great fitting carpet and clean. My first choice of carpet fitters from now on. Thanks Guys in Ashford :) x

They came to our home first, showed and told us everything we needed. So into the store to work out the finance and days for fitting. Couldn't be easier.

Terrible experience. Don't buy here! Got a quote from Melvin's which was much more competitive and couldn't get it price matched with Tapi's. Expecting better service and quality, I agreed to Shell out over £5000 for carpet and some Vinyl click tiles for our new home. Got dates booked in for the fitters to install, for which you have to pay extra. 2 days before the fitters were expected I get a call from Tapi's informing me that they've missed out a piece of carpet for the master bedroom. This came as a surprise as I was already notified a week earlier that all the carpets had arrived in full. Thought it would possibly be in a warehouse but came to learn that it is now "Out of Stock". So now they need to re-order it and they it will take 3-4 weeks probably. No solution they seem to provide is ideal and this seemingly simple process, which should be straight-forward for such a big brand, has turned into an absolute nightmare. Shame on you Tapi's! Shame on you. No compensation for this unprofessional misshap either only more hassle. They now intend to install some cheap carpet and then come again to fit in the one originally ordered. Will never come back and will warn everyone I know to stay away!!!

Fantastic at giving you all the right answers when they are selling you the product. Literally every answer was what we wanted to here and now after the sale and now we are still waiting we are being told why.

Its our busiest time of the year, so still cant install ( why was i not told at point of sale that this is the busiest time and its likely there will be delays )

Pay nearly 11k and 14 weeks later still waiting for the vinyl laminate to be installed, despite at point of sale saying it would be roughly 6 weeks.

asked to source another installer from tapi maybe from another branch around the country - oh no we cant do that we dont know their quality of work ( surely if tapi use then they are all good, no? ) I was told at point of sale, Tapi are number 1 all their installers are fantastic...

Carpet that we have had installed is starting to wave on stairs- before sale. They are hard wearing, great will be installed to highest quality . After sale - well the carpet you chose needs a week or two to rest as its very rigid carpet. why was we not told that when you asked for nearly 10k?

PLEASE AVOID

After waiting 4 months to get the carpet for the master bedroom (to have been delivered in October), the day finally arrives and the carpet is installed. The Ashford store had assured me that they would send a team to help with furniture moving along with the carpet fitters, which was NOT the case as only the carpet fitter arrived. I had instructed them to disassemble the 4 door wardrobe and then reassemble it after the work was done. They however attempted to move it around the room instead and split the wood for the base of the wardrobe! Now I have a collapsed wardrobe and a room full of clothes. To make matters worse, they come up stating they aren't liable and have offered me £200 in compensation. I would pay atleast £200 to dispose of the wardrobe, which I paid £1300 for! Utterly disgusting as I opted out for any help with moving furniture as it was a new build home and Tapi should be liable for any damage they cause. Please avoid the Tapi Carpet Ashford store at ANY COST! I will regret this purchase forever!!!
