The best customer service I've had in a long time!. Simon and his colleague were fantastic. They spent ages discussing the right kind of flooring for my apartment renovation and didn't mind looking up all the specs for high quality soundproofing I needed. They went through all the extras I might need that I may have forgotten like door plates and beading. They called the fitter while I was in store and got fitting and delivery sorted. Nothing was too much trouble and if I need any further flooring, I'll be 100% using Giltbrook Tiles and Floors. Thank you 😊

I recently visited and had a fantastic experience. Sarah and Si clearly have a great knowledge of the different flooring types and were more that happy to assist me. The store offers a huge selection of affordable flooring in various colours and has great lighting which enables you to see the quality and colour of products with no doubts. Next time I need flooring I won’t bother doing any online shopping - I will come straight to Giltbrook Tiles and Floors as I know I will get the best service and guidance from their team!

I’ve spent months trying to find what I got from Giltbrook Tiles & Carpets. I phoned ahead of time asking about whether they had what I wanted, they didn’t, but in a very short amount of time, Jacob helped me with a solution, showed me my options and couldn’t do enough to help! The service has been incredible, we ended up with what we wanted and more, and the price was fantastic. We will definitely be back in the future!

What an excellent selection of tiles,carpet and other flooring. Exceptional value and even better service. Nothing is to much trouble. I would not go anywhere else after this experience.
