Really disappointed in the customer service of this company. I had lino and new carpets laid last year - a few months later I complained that the lino had discoloured. I continued to complain over the next 6 months to be fobbed off - to then be told the company has now been taken over since January 22 and my number will be passed to the old owner. I’m certain they won’t be putting this right. AVOID THIS COMPANY - it appears they don’t like to put right any customer complaints!!

GD flooring was taken over on 22nd January 2022.
The buisness name and location of the shop remain the same BUT the old owner's ceased trading.
There is now a review on here regarding the old owner's

There is also a photo showing THE NEW OWNER OF GD flooring messaged the lady concerned explaining that the people she had purchased flooring from had ceased trading BUT this lady has still put on this review EVEN THOUGH SHE KNOWS IT IS BETWEEN HERSELF THE OLD GD FLOORING OWNERS.
THIS IS UNFAIR ON THE NEW OWNER OF THIS BUISNESS TO HAVE THIS REVIEW IMPACT HIS NEW BUISNESS.
