We held a funeral for my brother through the Francis Chappell and Sons in Bromley. Due to the Covid19 rules, everything felt foreign and unnatural and so much harder than it would have been, but I have to say, Janet in the office was utterly wonderful. She listened to me for far longer than she had any duty to do, she called to check on us, and she had a manner and compassion that show she is a truly special person. She was amazing. Let who attended the funeral was also very supportive and lovely with us all, including my little girl. Thank you all for making such a difficult time a little more bearable.

After our initial consultation with the very professional staff at Francis Chappell funeral directors we decided not to bother with ‘shopping around’ and went straight for a booking.
Sorting out a funeral for a loved one is not a great experience but we certainly felt very comfortable and confident with the service we arranged.

Francis Chappell and Sons organized my husband's Celebration of Life. I have to say they did a perfect job. Everyone we worked with from the gentlemen who conveyed my husband from our home into the care of Francis Chappell to the representatives we met with at their offices were so kind, so patient, and so professional.
There was never any sort of push or press for selling anything, it was all very much focused around giving us what we wanted, how we wanted it, and they worked very hard to get everything right for us. They had just the right amount of letting us take our time and giving us a gentle nudge to make sure the decisions we needed to make were made so nothing would be missed. I cannot speak highly enough of Francis Chappell and Sons, if you are going through a sad time of loss they will be there for you and help you every step of the way. We are very grateful.
