Geff at Cyril H love Grove in sunninghill was very friendly sympathetic and very helpful an accomadating to our needs in arranging my uncle's funeral, on the day of the funeral James from dignity was friendly and dignified an went above and beyond pushing my mother in her wheelchair from the waiting room to the door of the crematorium, nothing seemed too much and he looked after the family very well from start to finish, the service was lovely, dignity themselves did a fantastic job and were so pleased with the finishing touches, which we weren't expecting of a hard front copy of the order of service and a framed photo of my uncle plus one extra photo. I would definitely recommend them, and wish to say thank you for everything

The planning was very thorough and efficient. On the day everything went without a hitch. All the staff were caring and courteous throughout and nothing was too much trouble.

My brothers, sister and myself would just like to leave a review stating our experience with Cyril H Lovegrove Funeral Directors. Sunninghill.
My darling Mum arranged her funeral with yourselves. Making sure that ALL her family (children) would be apart of the celebration of her life. Unfortunately there is quite a rift in the family even before my mum passed away, but her wish was to have us all there for her, but the funeral parlour instead of staying neutral made the whole situation very hard indeed. When called by myself to find out when it would be possible to pay respects to my mum. I asked that they didn’t divulge that fact to my younger sister, but they told her I’d called, which caused more trouble to my father and ourselves as she messaged complaining. Not very compassionate to our feelings whilst dealing with the loss of our darling mum. It seemed they had decided who should be the ones they chose to listen to.
My sister works in London and only had a certain amount of time to be able to see my mum in the chapel of rest, but that wasn’t possible without our younger sisters say so and they told her my sister wanted to come. Which obviously NEVER happened. Not very professional. Only causing more and more pain to our family.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone as the feelings of my siblings and I were cold and callus.
If my mum had any idea of this she would be so upset.

Thank you for your reply, but unfortunately I can’t see how talking with your customer relations team will rectify the problem . We will NEVER get that time back again to say goodbye. A loss that is going to stay with us for the rest of our lives. I just hope that when the time comes and hopefully not in the too distant future when my father will be looked after by yourselves that we get the chance to pay our respects to him and you help us all through our grief as respectfully as possible by taking over all viewings allowing all family members the same privileges without bias

Absolutely brilliant service have been to a few different family funerals and didn’t know what to expect but when I came to the time of arranging my dad’s funeral I couldn’t fault the team the arrangement process was smooth and nothing was to much trouble and the day went perfectly would definitely recommend
