Just bought two settees and a mirror from here. Staff were fantastic. Helpful, patient and friendly. We visited a few times before making a decision but glad we decided to buy. No pressure selling is my kind of thing. Going to return for a chair to complement and contrast our purchase delivery guys took our old settees to st Mary's hospice shop and not charged for delivery either fab service you should be proud of your staff.

Hi, just letting you know how annoyed I was when coming into your store today! A few weeks ago I purchased a wine cabinet it was in the sale for £69.00. When we unpacked it a very noticeable panel at the back panel was damaged (It can be colour matched with a match pen that should fix the problem) so I messaged yourselves and said instead of bringing it back could you do me a deal on a mirror to which you agreed. We came in today and there were 2 mirrors a small one for £39 and a large on for £99! I wasn't really wanting the smaller mirror as I already have one that size! When the manager came over she said she would knock £10 off any mirror as the unit I purchased was only £69.00 and as we bought them as an end of range item we can't return! I said at no point did I know they were seconds and said if I'd of known they were I wouldn't of purchased it! To which she said oh no they're not seconds but we bought them on a sold as seen item cheaply! As I said I just thought they were a genuine sale item from stock! So for a £10.00 discount I was a little bit gutted as the pen to sort the unit out was £12.00 😮... another reason I'm a bit gutted was I had purchased a full bedroom suite, my dining room furniture and livingroom furniture from Jon! Another reason I'm upset is we have another 3 bedrooms to furnish and we we're going to come to yourselves but not now I'm afraid!... where's the logic you were willing to knock 25% off one mirror and only 10% off the other!...

Just got my corner suite delivered yesterday was very pleased with it the delivery men were very helpful and had it in straight away .They also took away my old suite My delivery date was 12 weeks but I had it with in 8 Thank you Michaela for being so helpful when I went down to choose it thank you for helping with The colour it was perfect I would highly recommend them and shall be using them again if I need anything

I was looking for furniture for my static caravan knowing that the door width was restricted.the young lady showed me a suite that would fit.l thought it would be small but no full size that has detachable backs.The suite was delivered on time by two lovely men no problem.l am delighted with the furniture and the value for money.Thanks to all.

This company are ridiculous unless you live on the ground floor they won't deliver.
I live in a 2nd floor flat and they told me the courier company they use won't deliver to a 2nd floor, that's bad business as people live in all Types of accommodation and they are limiting their customers,

I ordered a sofa which was delivered yesterday and despite being too big to get in, the delivery people took the time to dismantle parts and bring it in, then set it up in my living room. They also took an old sofa out for me. The new sofa is excellent and the service was absolutely top notch. Can't speak highly enough of the delivery people who made what was a stressful situation sorted in no time. Will recommend to anyone in Barrow who needs a sofa, even if they are on a budget.

We purchased a Bespoke sofa set here 5 months ago. Unfortunately one of the sofa legs became loose and bent. We had to make numerous calls and visits to the shop for 4 weeks until we finally got it repaired under the 12 month warranty. Whilst we understand that it is difficult to get the manufacturers or repairers organised. We were the customers waiting for a response all this time. More attention to customer service required please. Thank you.

Bought a sofa from these guys in March it's now December and it feels like the reclining mechanism is broken and feels like the whole seat leans to 1 side, tried to contact them with very little response and still not arranged to fix the issue, very disappointed, won't recommend or use again!!
