I approached BoConcept to furnish a flat I was about to purchase. From the moment I walked through their doors, I knew I was in safe hands.
Serene Huynh-Metson was a consummate professional throughout the consultation and design process.
She helped me enormously when choosing the right furniture and lighting, and combined creativity and flair with the practicalities of furnishing a relatively small space. Her eye for detail was excellent.
During the process of the consultation, design and purchase, my flat purchase fell through, and I urgently pressed on with another flat. I’d really like to pay tribute to Serene, as she showed tremendous care about the situation and remained calm and practical whilst delaying the furniture delivery. The stress levels were high, but she was simply wonderful!
I could not recommend BoConcept enough, as the furniture has the wow factor and looks fabulous.

Stunning furniture. Really good quality and it looks amazing. We bought few different items, a sofa, coffee table, bed & mattress. The mattress it's one of a kind. I have not slept so well in years. 100% worth the investment. On top of receiving quality items, the service and hospitality provided by their staff and delivery team was amazing. I had the honor to receive support and advice from Maria, which was very professional and helpful. She was amazing throughout and her recommendations and designs have really helped me choose the best products (not ideal shopping during lockdown, but she made the entire process so smooth). She was 24/7 engaged, quick in replies and overall just very kind and happy to help. I would defo recommend BoConcept and the Battersea Shop. Thanks Maria & the team!

Actually I entered the shop without any intention to buy a sofa at the very precisious day. I was not sure that we could find a small sofa for our bedroom. But we were ready to buy even two!!!!
The quality of furniture just impressive e.x. a mechanism of sofa- beds is amasingly strong and the best quality I have ever seen. Thank you so much guys. You found the best decision in finding a proper sofa for our family.

Nisha introduced herself as soon as we walked through the door. She explained the concept of the furniture and the key things we needed to know. She gave us enough space to walk around and take it all in as well as being on hand as soon as we had a question. She's a great listener and as soon as we walked through the door it was clear the experience at BoConcept is above the rest.
