Suite World

My partner and I had spent some time looking around at different sofas at the usual chain stores when we decided to take a look in suite world. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Gary and he asked us a few questions so he could point us in the right direction. We spent a little while looking around until we found the one we liked and had all our questions answered by Gary who is very knowledgeable about all of their products and wasnt pushy at all which is something that we found really irritating about the other stores. We were worried that it would take a while for delivery but even that was a quick and painless process and the delivery guys were really friendly. Their prices are very reasonable and the sofa we bought is of great quality, overall dealing with them has been a very pleasant experience and we would highly recommend them to anyone

I was surprised lots of settees and arm. chairs Gary was very helpful and helped me to match up to different settees,only had to wait a week to get them.not like place dfc or scf were you have to wait up to 😘😉18 or 20 weeks.

Excellent choice of styles, colours & mix & match. Got sofa bed, swivel armchair and ottoman footstool to match and salesman Gary was brill.

Ordered a sofa from this company, all went well, lovely sofa, very happy with delivery! There's a tiny, miniscule spot on one cushion. I was told I could get a replacement one, but, instead was asked to make an appointment to get it re-coloured. Don't know why the shop could not get it re-coloured upon return?
Anyway it's not really noticeable so will leave it. Otherwise this would have been a 5* review.

Poor communication website comes over all friendy and helpful but sofa not as hoped for came late in evening never had time to look as had to leave for work as a carer I was an hour late for work as it was I have kindly said to Gary how I feel he will not collect return sofa so no refund unless I pack and return it my self i work as a carer and through the pass two nearly 3 years in residential home through pandemic short staffed I believed I took it if not happy I could return no quibbles no problems it say on there wedsite its not so
I'm tired stressed 64 years old I spent hard earned money hoping to relax when I came home from work on a new sofa i cant on this one and now im stuck with it.

On our visit to the store the staff were polite and well mannered I'm helpful

Went to Suiteworld after many other shops. Gary so helpful and gave advice. Did not want fabric ones as have 3 cats. The sofa we chose Gary had it made with leather look. They are lovely. Would reccommend this shop. Great customer service and good value.

We bought a leather reclining sofa here in 2018 and we are still pleased with it. Delivery was easy and the aftercare was excellent (sofa needed a few mechanical adjustments), we'd definitely consider using you again in the future. Would recommend this place to others :)
