Thanks for the great customer service, excellent quality 2 seater sofa's I ordered and the delivery guy was really nice and friendly too. Lots of contact to let us know what was going on from initially ordering. I would highly recommend.

Very poor quality sofas, you get what you pay for with these sofas. Material is coming apart at seams after just under 2 years. Conveniently they only give a one year warranty on the 'bonded leather'.
That's not including the ridiculous time we waited for delivery which was blamed on Covid - Sadly, the money was taken straight away.
Id give 0 stars if it were possible.

Waited over 20 weeks for sofa. Still not arrived. Avoid if you want your products at a reasonable time!

DO NOT USE scam company still fighting 12 weeks after order for money back or even the furniture haven't answered the phone in a week no response.think it's time for a face to face meeting with them before court.

Made a purchase for 2 sofas in June expecting September, now we're into November and still no sofa. No customer service, no updates, no communication, nothing! Now they're advertising for Christmas "Guaranteed" delivery! Well I'll be requesting a refund or its legal action, I've had enough.

Update - it's now December and I have finally received my sofas after 5 months of waiting and little communication. The sofas are great and I did manage to speak to someone about the delay.
What I would suggest to the company is that they contact there customers when there is going to be an issue and keep in contact with them until it's resolved, paying so much money for an item warranty being reassured that you will received your item. Also a permanent voicemail service instead of a real person at the end of the phone doesn't reassure anyone or give you much confidence that you will received your item.

Terrible service! Waiting for a sofa that isn’t going to arrive. No customer service at all. I had to call them and ask where my sofa was, only to be told by Jenifer that there was a problem with the foam. I’ve asked for a refund as I need a new sofa, but as yet no refund! This company is a disgrace and the customer service is non existent! If my refund isn’t paid in the next few days I will take action against this terrible company! Avoid lincote sofas and save your money and sanity!

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Purchased a sofa over a year ago. It has completely snapped in half and the frame is broken on one side. Tried to contact the company several times and found they have changed their company name from Simply Stylish Sofas to lincotes. No response from them regarding my complaint. Cut the bottom of the sofa open to try and rectify the issue myself to find the sofa is made up of random pieces of chipboard from what looks like old cheap kitchen cabinets. Absolutely fallen to bits. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

Great service yet AGAIN. Just received my new sofa and love it.This is the 2nd we have bought from this company and have loved them both. Delivered in 7days with not one covid excuse. Well done 🥳🥳🥳
