Phenomenal selection of plants, food, treats, cakes! Amazing! American sweets too. This is the place to go. Has a great restaurant, soft play. Shops nearby. What more could you want? Love it! Staff were also super friendly.

What a fantastic destination. Well worth the trip from where you live. Around every corner is a new delight. The buyers need to be complimented. The gift that keeps giving and at competitive prices. We spend far too much money but heck, happy wife happy life.

Really nice ambient feel to place. Overall feel is a shopping centre more than a garden center at the end of mall.
The overall look and feel works well for the type of customers they want spending here. It is pricey but food is virtually all local.
Many shops are located here from pets to clothing.
It has a good size car park with an overspill section at peak that can be used as well.
Not far from bicester outlet village either.

great shopping for home extras! unique kitchen and party ware.
The tea shop is amazing except for their Coronation chicken. As a lover of Coronation, theirs was truly gross! But they kindly refunded my lunch as I could not eat it.

We visited the Santa's Grotto with our three children. Very well priced (compared to many others) and it was the best grotto experience we have ever had. The inside of the tent, including the train, was magical and the elves were super friendly. The whole experienced was relaxed and didn't seem rushed. Santa was wonderful. He scooped our 2 year old into his arms when she ran up to him and spent a good 10 mins talking to our children, showed us around the grotto, then a few minutes with my husband and I, and then the elf took some lovely family photos on my phone. Felt like we were in there for ages. Each child was given a gift and all three were great quality and age appropriate- I'd say they were definitely worth the price. The singing reindeer in the garden centre were the icing on the cake. We'll definitely be back.

Only negative feedback would be...
Whilst inside of grotto was beautiful, the outside was just a dirty white tent without a sign indicating that it was a grotto. We were therefore unsure we were in the right place. Also extra confusing as the booking confirmation email tells you to go to the restaurant (staff at restaurant had no idea where grotto was and at customer service the lady looked at us as we were a bit crazy when we said we had asked about grotto at the restaurant!) This is a minor point but something that could easily be rectified.
