The petrol station has very good customer service and the pumps have an ample amount of space on either side of the car, would recommend. However there is a slight issue when entering and leaving the establishment. Please be very careful when trying to pull out of the petrol station. Some times you could be waiting up to a minute just to merge onto the carriageway. And if you're driving along the outside lane, please be courteous and give way/slow down for drivers to pull out ... haha. no offense but some drivers just don't seem to want to ever give way

While the service is good, food and drinks are priced ok, it lacks a customer toilet.
From my point of view any petrol stations should have a customer toilet if they are on any major road(highway, motorway....)
This is why i only gave it 3 stars.

Not biker friendly. Have to pay upfront for fuel and remove helmet. Used to fill up here everyday now you lost a customer. I understand the crime but we are not all like this.If people on bikes stealing fuel then at least with the helmet off you have a face picture.I made friends with the guy inside and he let me fill up first as he recognized me then they stopped.

Very expensive price of fuel and another product . No toilet . And if you have bp reward card you can’t spent your points this store . You can only rewards point !!!

''Motorcyclists pay first'' so yes, all bikers are thieves in their eyes, a car driver can fuel up £100 worth of fuel, but I have to pay in advance for £10 on a moped and then go back again for a refund since the moped can't even take £10. Used to go here every two days, last day was today.

Can't refill my bike unless i pay first. Who does that? Only BP Barking, Very rude staff, blaming the manager for their rules, when asked to speak to the manager...he's not there.
Put a sign up " Bikers NOT welcomed" so we won't waste our time.
I'm gonna avoid that bp

Came here to refill, was pleased with the prices, the snacks and drinks on offer and the staff. It's a very good petrol station overall.

Terrible service. Staff not polite and high prices. I understand petrol stations have more expensive products but this particular station went to another service. Would not recommend it.
