Absolutely the worst customer service ever during the night service. I drove past at 10.30pm and promised the little ones a m&s chocolate milkshake as I had been at work all day. So had not seen them. The shop was all closed. And the helpful guy behind the screen point blank refused to sell me a milkshake. Said it was because of the rules. I understand rules where rules are needed. But this 'only sell alcohol and hot drinks policy' is absolutely crazy. He didn't want to help. So I asked for a hot chocolate. And the machine was broken. Absolute joke. At night, there is limited places to get food. And to implement such a crazy rule is beyond me. There was no one in the garage. It would in no way have affected this gent to have understood. However. He just wanted to not move. Not a very inspirational character and I can see why he ideally suited his position on a seat doing very little!!

Would expect more at such a highly respected food outlet!!

This is the second time pretty much exactly this has happened. Your stupid rules need to be changed. And employ staff with a little more training in customer service.

I am sure when the police drop by for a milkshake and some food. The rules all change!!

Understand a night workers predicament as there are very few places to actually get some good food, if any!!

I wanted to charge my car as i run out of battery, nearest was this petrol station and on the website it says open 24 hours. When i went there it was closed, it was 2.30 am, i was told by the guy that we will open at 4. I waited till 4 and when i asked again they said we will open at 6.
Very rude people🤮

Advertised as 24 hours but often shut during the night. Will BP a compensate me and others for the wasted petrol driving here?

Fuel prices at this petrol station are the highest in the area.
Not ever open 24h as advertised.

Always friendly staff, depending on what time you get there, depends on what stock available.

I’ve been coming here for quite a few years now since moving to the area and sadly this BP has gone downhill. The fuel station is definitely NOT 24 hours and it feels like it’s closed more than it’s open to be honest. When they lack staff they shut the store down. The reason they lack staff is probably because they don’t pay them what their worth, like most employers these days. They should be open 24/7 and they should be making plenty of money.

Most expensive station in Guildford, even more expensive than the A3 station ( as of now). No idea why? And opening time look to be better now but was totally random a couple of months ago.

I visit this BP most days, the M&S store i always find what I’m looking for the staff are always really friendly and happy to help
