Service with a smile, very short wait times and family friendly. Think similar to spoons style. Would recommend.

1st time I've been there for many yrs since moving away. Had a business lunch. Service was friendly and quick. We had a fry up each. Incredible value for what you got. And you get a cup of tea thrown in as well. Pub still looks good. Used to love a weekend party here yrs ago. Looks like it still has them going by speakers and lights everywhere. But I'll stick to food review as that's what I had. don't expect exceptional food for this price, however for about £6 for a fry up and tea you won't go wrong. Recommended all round

Excellent pub 2 good beers from Tring normally Ridgeway & Side Pocket & a wide range of lagers on pump as well. Ample parking around the back they also do food, there is a pool table & they often have disco's @ the weekend.

They have many deals for meals that makes it a real bargain to eat there. And of course, the food is nice!

I found the service to be quite slow. I was told a 30minute wait, and it turned out to be a 50minute wait, just for one main.

The food quality is good though and reasonably priced.

Annoyingly doesn’t allow app ordering. Think I’ll be staying with the local weatherspoon.

Went here for lunch with a friend. The food was exactly what you expect from a pub, nothing amazing but pleasant enough. Good sized portions so good value for money.

The tables were not the cleanest, but I believe the pub turns into a club at night so it's never going to get very clean.

The staff were really friendly and happy to help with a smile. In service this is quite rare so well done them!

It's quite traditional on the interior and I feel is due in the next year or so for a refresh, as the bar side was a bit grubby.

I would go here again as I wasn't looking for al a carte but rather quick simple pub grub. It was easy, cheap and friendly. I did experience some rather loud and shouty regulars which I found very off-putting but you win some you loose some. I would still return for a cheap quick lunch whilst shopping.

Decided to make this my third point of call for a breakfast, I decided on Farmhouse Breakfast consisting of 2 fried eggs, bacon x2, sausages x2, mushrooms, black pudding, grilled tomatoes with toast and mug of tea.
My only criticism was the tea coming in a mug with tea bag already in it, but for £5.95 I'm not gonna moan to much about that.....so a full 5 stars for the friendly service and good value, I will most certainly visit again
