Fox & Hounds Lower Harlestone

Great place for lunch. Great atmosphere and lovely to sit and spend some time with friends in a lovely setting food was lush! I had a soup and duck salad which was divine. Prices are reasonable and nicely presented

Had a fabulous Sunday lunch with family (and our dog) in a lovely traditional setting. The trio of roasts was excellent with the offer of extra gravy if wanted, and all washed down with some extremely well-kept ales and a good selection of wines. Would whole-heartedly recommend this place. Harry was great and very helpful, as were the rest of the serving team.

Came here with some colleagues after work. Great service and food at a reasonable price. I had the duck Pizza followed by the white chocolate cheesecake trio and both were great.
We will be back in the hopefully not to distant future.

The food at the Fox & Hounds Lower Harlestone was absolutely incredible. I had the privilege of having the Sunday trio of roast and it was possibly one of the best I've ever had. The meat was cooked to perfection and the gravy was out of this world. The Yorkshire puddings were also some of the best I've ever had. Overall, an absolutely fantastic meal that I would highly recommend to anyone.

The service was also top-notch. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure that our every need was met. One of the managers even went above and beyond by getting us a second helping of Yorkshires (which we definitely didn't need but appreciated nonetheless). Overall, a great experience all around. Honestly, you didn't put a foot wrong from start to finish so thank you for making it a memorable fathers day occasion for us!

Great pub! We went for a birthday brunch and it was very special. The only thing I would change about the meal is to have the chargrilled chorizo more chargrilled, but otherwise it was delicious.

Enjoyed our visit here this morning and the food was very good indeed. My highlight was the scallops starter which was a welcome departure from a normal Sunday lunch.

Great food, drink and atmosphere.
Really high quality stuff. If you're going, have the lamb, it's amazing.

Fantastic eggs Benedict, thanks Chef Bogdan, super friendly service from Megan and the team, and great coffee. The best decorated toilets, worth visiting in their own right. Warming log fires, nicely curated gentrified rural atmosphere. All in all the perfect brunch spot for a country walk.
