The Alyn Rossett

Lovely spacious pub inside and pleasant Riverside beer garden outside. Food looked great that we saw coming out of the kitchen although we didn't eat on this occasion. Landlady was friendly and had time to chat with all clientele and the bar had 3 cask ale handpulls (only one on Wainwright's). It was a nice sunny afternoon and many people enjoying food and drink. Its on the list to return for food or a drink when passing on our bikes again.

Haven't been here for a number of years and the décor has improved the ambiance. Easy access for all. We sat down for the Sunday lunch. The starters, we must admit, were excellent. Quite large and very moorish. Thus the four stars. We looked forward to the mains. Looking around others were eating their platefuls and appeared to enjoy. Ours came. The taste was good, nice Yorkshire pudding, but could have done with a sharper knife for the meat and maybe a snorkel for the gravy. Perhaps if the gravy came in a jug and we could add as required. Otherwise the staff were very welcoming.

This little pub is amazing nice, warm, welcoming, friendly, atmosphere, meals were cooked to order, very pleasant location. Highly rate it. Well worth a visit

Food was delicious. Service was good but a little slow at times even though it wasn't overly busy. Lovely atmosphere. Would definitely go there again

Wow, had dinner here last Sunday evening 27/11/22. Had a perfect evening,the staff were extremely friendly & nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing and lots of it.
So to the chef and all the staff a huge thank you for a wonderful evening it was EXCELLENT 😃

Lovely place by the river, beautiful inside too and the food was perfect. I had a pizza and it was gorgeous. Seafood which was a nice change. Good choice of wine too, excellent service.

Food was divine. Exceptional vegetarian menu, staff set a great atmosphere. If you think about coming here, don't hesitate, or you'll regret not coming sooner.

I can't recommend the Alyn highly enough. Always a warm welcome, a geat choice of delicious food and great value. Don't miss the profiteroles, they're amazing!
