Used to be a really great shop but has gone steadily downhill. Not the same range and helpful staff. I wanted to buy something on display, priced and ready for sale. Unhelpful assistant took great pleasure in not selling it to me. I couldn't understand what she was trying to tell me about why she couldn't sell it to me. Very petty considering I was in Lancaster store last week and they sold a bistro set from display. Nevermind my lovely husband has purchased me one online. Your loss. Home Bargains has fantastic customer service.

I got what I went in for, staff very pleasant and helpful although not a huge store and choices are limited. From four stars to five I take my little dogs inside with me when I shop here. The staff are exceptional if I ask for help and lots of value items in this store and a good pet selection of toys and treats.

Was looking for paint for my son's bedroom. Shelves had lots of gaps but staff said they were due a delivery. I wanted to order to collect in store (work 8-6) but was told they only deliver to home addresses now which is no good for working families!

I used to visit the Blackpool store quite a lot! Great for cheap DIY tools, domestic items and sometimes some random finds that stock!

Went in this tile to look for curtains and a couple of tools! Had what we wanted, purchased said items and went on our merry way!

I will visit again when I require more items, normally tools 😂 staff were helpful and sped through the checkout! All in all a good visit to this store!

Good size shop all on the ground floor, lot of stock missing, staff are friendly and helpful but have no knowledge of when stock is due in, they are kept in the dark, and only know when something has come in according to staff, who will go out of their way to be helpful

Poor selection and availability of the things we went in for, wallpaper & curtain poles. Had to buy both elsewhere.

Always a very good shop to visit for all kinds of essentials, homewares, toiletries & hardware items. They may not always have that particular item you need, but that said, it's an excellent starting point & 9 times out of 10 they'll have it. Prices as ever are competitive & always compare well with other like establishments. Would highly recommend this store to anyone ! !

Great store, well stocked shelves, from paint to pins. All you need for the house and garden.
