Big store and good range of products. Convenient town centre location. Always trying to push loyalty cards or some other rubbish that you are not interested in.

My daughter was shouted at today, Worcester branch, by a member of staff when she tried to buy some stick on nails. No glue involved but was asked age she's almost 17 then shouted at for trying to buy something she was too young for!! This is not the first time a staff member behind the till has been extremely rude.

Hi had a bad experience at your Worcester store today Annie the perfume counter at st swithins street she was rude and abrupt I will never shop there again, awful customer experience! I only asked for some change whilst i paid cash for an item "the till is closed" move out of the way! what is wrong with people these days I understand the chap was new so closed til too quick but point blank refused to serve me and moved me along ...made me look like a fool infront of other customers

Couldn't find what I was looking for, "gernoline", I asked a member of staff who looked at me up and down and said that she had never heard of it, needless to say she was very abrupt and not at all helpful, eventually found some in the little chemist round the corner.

I used superdrug online. And I know it's not Worcester. But I tried to phone head office and they do not have a phone s
ervice any more. I ordered something important for my elderly disabled neighbour. I ordered next day delivery. And I'm still waiting 3 days later. I couldn't get any sense out of the live chat. Evri is the delivery people and I could not get InTouch with them. I had no sleep last night because I was so angry. I've got to wait outside now to make sure he knows where I am. They have said it will be within the next two days now. So that will be Four or five days for a next day delivery. There's no number or any live chats for either Superdrug or Evri. I wonder WHY!!!!!!!!!

I always get my eyebrows threaded and my nails done here. I highly recommend this store. The staff are really friendly and provide a great service.

Threading here is amazing value! General shopping is also a real pleasure with a wide range for all budgets and helpful, friendly staff.
Downside? Being offered a cheap product when paying....I just hate this in any shop.
