Went in for a casual shop and ended up having a threading session with Viraj today- she was the loveliest ever! 3 parts of my face for £10, she does it carefully and was so efficient. Highly recommend! (Will be coming back)

Lots to see in this store. Very good variety and I was able to get everything I needed. There are lots of tills, knocked off a star because there was only one person at the till.

Very well stocked. Poor customer service and just one set of tills. No self service.

A "Perfume shop" squeezed in and removing checkout space so people have to queue around the Isles

I went today for my flu jab appointment and I would suggest some customer service training for the pharmacy department.
Things like smiling, keeping me informed of what you are doing, apologising for the wait and explaining why I have been waiting more than 30 minutes to get my flu jab done.

You were stupidity told to join a massive queue when the till and attendant was free at the pharmacy section. This needs to be changed so the customer has a better experience and from a business point.

I have been here many times and unfortunately the customer service have gone down. Your staff at the till does not acknowledge you, does not say Hi, keep talking through the head set to his colleagues about personal thing like he is not at work but on a tea break... honestly if you are working in shop retail where you face customers at least have some basic manners or change the job

I have been shopping with superdrug for more than 15 years. Today I had experienced disgusting behaviour from one of your staff member (Piper) wrong price advertised. At first I was told the price I had was incorrect I then showed her the location where I had picked the item from as it was being displayed in two different places which i did not know, with two different prices, she told me it was the higher price and there was nothing that she could do about it whilst brushing me off. Having experience in retail I explained to her that was not the case and it was against trading standards she then walked off rolling her eyes and then reluctantly gave me the refund of the difference owed to me. I hope this behaviour does not represent how the company treats its customers.

Useful travel clinic. Same day appointment and Wendy was a dream. Friendly, quick and efficient with loads of information.
