Though reasonably priced, I made two visits to this salon and neither time felt particularly welcome or relaxed. The attitude of the staff is something akin to you being an inconvenience to them, or in the case of the hairdresser, used as the butt of his jokes - his aim seemed to be to make you feel ill-at-ease and uncomfortable.

Though the cheap efficiency may work for some, and the lady that does the waxing is nice enough, the lack of courtesy, poor booking system, shoddy facilities, and sheer lack of ability to write and read English by some staff was off-putting and I will never go back there.

I went here in June 2014 with a voucher for a restyle with full head of highlights and have to say my experience was superb. The service I received was over and above anything I've had from a salon in over 10 years of treatments, from the welcoming owner to the incredibly friendly and talented stylist Dee. Dee talked through everything with me; he was concerned to make sure I had the look I wanted yet freely suggested ideas of his own which I agreed with and ended up working really well. His perfectionism and enthusiasm are to die for - so much so, in fact, that I realised I was running late for another appointment, but he was incredibly kind and helpful in every way to get me going, and I couldn't thank him enough. The salon's products are excellent too (I love Moroccanoil) and from what I saw the other members of staff are also of high calibre.
