I placed an small order to give a try. The quality of the product is a bit okayish and the price is reasonable. After placing an order I had to wait 14 working days, not 14 days to get the delivery. I understand that during the covid-19 it may take extra time to deliver orders. Finally I received the delivery. When I open the box there are couple of items are missing like saffron and Himalayan pink salt. Within a small order couple of items are missing which is not acceptable. Those items were buy one get one free. Couple of items I received they will expire soon. Although I requested to send me the products that have longer best before date. Unfortunately I have a really bad experience about grapetree. I spoke with a member of staff to resolve the issue. Hopefully I will get a refund or resend the item to me.

We stocked up on seeds, herbs, nuts, vitamins. Very nice guy at counter, very helpful today- 8th Oct- and with a sense of humour. We’ll be back.
