Liked: The location is excellent, access is straight off the main road - so really easy to find. The pitches are good sized and mainly level. Shower block & toilets are very clean. Owners are welcoming & friendly. Fabulous signposted walks around the farm land. Amazing views. Will definitely visit again.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Just arrived home from a fabulous 3 week holiday at Cliff Farm. Hannah and Robert, along with Robert's parents, were wonderful. So friendly, helpful and obliging. The site is so beautifully quiet, even the farmyard noises don't disturb or disrupt the tranquil atmosphere. The juxtaposition of a working farm and holidaymakers relaxing and sunning themselves, is a sight to behold. A well kept, clean site, with good facilities, set in beautiful countryside; you also get regular visits from Pip and Betty, the family farm dogs, to make you feel at home. We are so enamoured with the site and the relaxed surroundings, that we are ready to book for next summer! Thank you all for a wonderful stay. 😍

Liked: We both found the site well presented,quiet with good clean facilities. The family that run the site were helpful and polite and made us feel very welcome. The location was good with towns close by to buy provisions. Location good and central to trips out. Will be using them again . Thanks for a lovely stay. Luz and Graham Herd

Liked: Lovely site surrounded by beautiful country side. The pitches are wide and spacious. Facilities are small and clean. Plenary to do nearby.
Disliked: It didn’t bother us but be aware it’s a working farm!

Liked: Lovely site with beautiful views and farm walks. Quiet site with plenty around to travel to for things to do. They have a hut in woodland area to sit in and have BBQ’s with friends for something different to do on an evening. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Liked: Immaculately kept pitches and tidy grassed areas around the site. The toilet, showers and laundry facilities were exceptionally clean, modern and very spacious. Well lit and constant hot water. The whole site was abundant with hanging baskets and planters making it a very pretty location and a top class site. There was a really good information building with lots of local leaflets and the Pickering Fish and Chip van visited the site on a Wednesday evening. The owners were really lovely, friendly and very welcoming. We loved that it was a working farm. It is dog walking heaven! the owners have created 3 routes of varying distances around the farm which offers amazing scenery. It has to be the best dog walks ever and they even provided poo bins along the routes so you didn't have to carry waste far, We fell in love with Pip the farm dog, a lovely little terrier who we could have happily adopted. The campsite is ideally located for either walking in the North York Moors National Park ( a must visit is the Ryedale Folk Museum) or visiting Pickering and Scarborough/Whitby. Lots of lovely pubs with good food locally. We loved Thornton le Dale, it is so quaint and picturesque, even the car park is in a walled garden with a wooded walk, with village duck pond and brooks with waterfalls, also good free to use toilets. It is also home of the Matthewson's Banger's and Cash and a lovely day out. Cliff Farm is the best caravan site we have visited and we can't wait to visit again. We may even book a barn stay or one of the Hobbit pods which look amazing. All in all a terrific site

Fantastic site for a peaceful stay. Especially with older kids. Gorgeous views fantastic farm walks from the wonderful owners, tonnes of info on local activities and just wonderful site. Loos are clean, showers are hot and the fsmily/accessable toilet is brilliant. Fresh eggs from the farm available to buy, washing machine,. Lovely walks locally. My absolute favourite caravan site. We will be back xxx

Liked: Easy to find- Simply just knock on the door to get your pitch- clean toilet block - very quiet (ideal) plenty of large pitches all with EHU. Well spaced out and one way system making getting in and out easy. Not all plots are level but ramps sorted it. Village close by with a country pub. Very Close to Pickering and Kirbymoorside.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike about the site but if you are wanting to use the local pub make sure you book early as it’s not very accommodating oh and get a bank loan as fish and chips came in at a smashing £24.50 a portion 🙄
