Chiswick Honda

I have been riding Honda Fireblades since 2007, and this is my first time using Honda Chiswick for my motorbike service. The communication leading up to the service was excellent, the video of the inspection was great, the bike was washed, the chain thoroughly cleaned (something which no dealer had done for me before!). I really appreciated how helpful they were too. The team took good care of the bike. Special mention must be given to Daniel Luke on servicing, because he was very helpful, accommodating, and kept me informed. I found him ever so helpful, and I think he is a real star in the dealerships customer care team. 100% I will be continue to service my bike with them, and I will plan to to buy my next bike from them too. I have already informed three other Honda bikers I know of how pleased I was with the customer care. 5* very much deserved. Thank you.

I received my bike yesterday. Amazing buying experience. There was delay / wait for my bike to arrive from Honda UK but Khaled & Honda Chiswick Team we’re very helpful. We understood there are supply issue’s and we we’re given options and advice on timelines and the used bike options should we have needed the bike faster. Would highly recommend this dealership, friendly team and amazing showroom.

From our initial visit we were treated to a very high service from the sales team. Rory was our contact once the CB125R arrived in store, and nothing was too much trouble. Accessories were ordered and fitted and the actual hand over was exemplary. Being a first time rider with no experience, this attention to detail is invaluable IMHO.
Charlie has booked his first service and is looking forward to sojourning into the exhilarating world of motorcycling.

I purchased a used motorcycle from here. Apart from being ever so slightly stubborn on a part ex valuation it was fantastic. Rory the salesman was absolutely fantastic, very open lines of communication and went above and beyond to get things sorted around my work schedule. Highly recommend!

Only experienced the motorcycle side of things.
In general, staff is great and very helpful and approachable.
Motorcycle section has a wide variety on display and the sales team has good knowledge and will tailor to fit your needs.
Service team is also very good and efficient and they even send a video of your vehicle in the service shop.

I've definitely returned to the dealership a few times to have a walk around and window shop. They have a large dealership with a lot to show!

Recently bought a new scooter and swapped my motorbike for a new one. Excellent service, very professional, friendly and flexible. Highly recommend Dean in the Sales team and Richard. You will leave happy. Convenient also the accessories shop in the showroom.

My second visit to Chiswick Honda Motorcycles, and I can honestly say the customer service from the motorcycle sales department to Service Department and Clothing Department these guys are AMAZING. Without a doubt, you'll be greeted by professional staff with smiles, and I wanted to say MASSIVE thank you to Khaled for making both of my visits enjoyable and hassle-free.
