Very impressed with the service & friendly staff.
There was a safety recall on my Honda car for the passenger airbag.
Booked car in for this & a basic service, waiting whilst the work was being done.
Reasonable waiting area with seating, tables & TV. Free Wi-Fi & Hot/ Cold drinks.
Work completed to a high standard & no looking for extra non essentials work, unlike some dealerships I've dealt with.
Would recommend & use again.

Brindley Honda Cannock were fantastic because Luke was so helpful, he sent me a video on request, he was available when I drove from Liverpool to view the car, and took me out for a test drive. He listened to our needs and explained everything to us in clear, plain English which enabled me to have a great understanding of what we needed to do to purchase the vehicle and arranged delivery. Luke called me to say he was going on leave and provided me with Tony's details in case I had any questions while he was off. Andy and Tony were also helpful and polite when I called up to arrange payment in Luke's absence and arranged delivery, which went completely smoothly. My car was delivered at a time to suit me and Paul the delivery guy, was respectful of my property and called when he was nearby. overall I had a great experience with Brindley Honda Cannock"

I would recommend Brindley Honda Cannock to friends and family because I was treated very well by the salesman (Luke), received a fair price for my part exchange, and was made to feel comfortable throughout. The car wasn't fully prepared for sale when I arrived but Luke explained that it would be cleaned thoroughly before collection and that a couple of blemishes to the wheels would be corrected. I was very quickly taken out on an unhurried test drive and found the whole buying experience to be excellent.

I'd endorse Brindley Honda Cannock because they went above and beyond to meet my high expectations. Pristine showroom with a great team occupying it. No push for a sale, very calm and patient approach. I got a good price on my p/x and had a few cars to choose from within the budget. The waiting area has drinks and a tv which was a nice experience. Friendly staff (Thanks Luke!) Not pushy like other dealers. Good priced motors and open to some negotiations. Have a look at least if you're in the market for a new car. They sometimes have good non Honda cars too!
