The car was very clean when I collected it so that's £35 saved across the road at the hand car wash!

I had the most wonderful experience following an accident resulting in my Honda Jazz being written off. I made an appointment for Saturday 9th April and was seen by Amanda. She showed me my ideal car which I reserved for collection on 13th April. When I collected the car Amanda went through all the controls so I felt very comfortable and at ease when I drove away. When I got home Amanda called to say that she had sent me some forms which I needed to sign and return, she arranged for these to be sent online and I read signed and returned. I have viewed and test driven a Honda Civic a couple of weeks ago and decided to purchase the car in the end from Brayleys Honda, after viewing and test driven many other Civics from many other forecourts.

This car had to be transported from storage, as their forecast is small, compared to other ones I have visited, as this can't be helped.

Amanda, was very friendly in dealing with my inquiries about this specific vehicle of interest.

The location for the test drive was quite good, as the main road allows for you to feel the power on the duel carriageway, up and down the hill and some local town roads, so you get a taster of what the car is like in those conditions. I was lucky enough to be able to go on a solo test drive and given the best roads to use, as I am not local to the area.

Upon further inspection, prior before purchasing the tyre repair kit was and the wheel nut security lock was missing and rest assured that those things would be replaced upon collecting the vehicle and true to their word they kept the promise.

It was not fair to be sold the car without a wheel nut lock, but rest assured lucky the replacement after a week later after picking up the car, as initially I was told it would take up to two weeks and lucky it was half that time.

Lucky that this car had 4 brand new tyres, knowing that it will last me between three to fours years before needing to replace them.

I was assured by Amanda, that all their cars have brand news tyres on their vehicles and lucky the wipe blades have been replaced.

On collection date, I tried to activate android auto on the car and realised it was just a minor fault due to the fact that too many devices had previously being paired to it and I solved it out by doing a factory reset and everything all works perfectly. - This was my own research I found, as if I couldn't get it working it would of meant I would have to arrange to drive back to the dealership to get their technician to take a look at, but this very minor issue.

At the end of the day, when purchasing a used vehicle, there will be age related marks including some wear and tear and you can't be too fussy as you have to expect it from used cars.

I took my Honda Jazz in to Brayley to have the sat nav looked at as it had stopped working. The staff were helpful and efficient and I was very pleased with the service they gave me.

Car was collected from my home, within the advised time slot for service/mot. I was regularly updated about issues arising from the service/mot, and explanations and cost given where necessary. Following a call to state the car was ready, it was returned to me valeted within 10 to 15 minutes.
The whole experience was of a very high standard and what I've come to expect from Brayley Honda and their staff over the years I have been a customer.
