Nothing was to much trouble.
Enjoyed testing the HRV up and down the Yorkshire dales this week.

I’ve now ended my 14 year relationship with Marshall Honda, Narborough during which I bought 3 brand new Jazz cars. The cars are great, but servicing has deteriorated over past 5 years and but for service plans would have left sooner. Last week was the last straw. Due to concern over a few previous dubious occurrences, I meticulously inspected the car paying particular attention to the wipers before servicing and MOT. Sadly, I was not surprised when I was called and told the wipers were split and needed replacing. Upon collection the service manager, overhearing me reiterate to reception, my confidence that the wipers were fine when dropping the car off, ‘had an amicable word’ refuting implicit accusations. So was the prominent advert for discount replacement wipers on reception just a co-incidence? He did apologise for my ‘perceived’ concerns and ‘feelings’ of being poorly treated. I didn’t perceive the same thing happened 2 years ago, it did. Also, during Marshall services I’ve had the dipstick ‘discovered’ snapped and was treated poorly when the oil cap on my other Jazz was left off, causing significant loss of oil and the off-side wing not being replaced properly after repairing a mysteriously punctured air-con. Despite lots of marketing material being sent to me as a Honda Valued VIP customer, no interest was shown in retaining my patronage. I decided to cancel the service plan on our second Jazz. Considering buying a hybrid Jazz, if I do it will not be from Marshall Honda, Narborough – their loss.

I feel like a Cow… Yes…... OVER THE MOON! Just returned from Marshall Honda (Leicester) with my new (used) Civic and it’s a gem! Drives and looks like new… very happy…. nay, extremely happy! Totally excellent service from very friendly, knowledgeable staff and many thanks to Brian for making parting with savings such a pleasure and to Sam for sorting a few basic idiot questions such as how to open locked doors and turning the sat-nav voice down as the manual is a big, big read... Also a special thanks to whoever valeted her - a perfect job - you deserve a pay rise... Highly recommended and if you are looking for a new or used Honda, I’d definitely recommend Honda Narborough... You can't miss them; there's a lawnmower in the showroom! Pay a visit and, who knows.. soon you too could be feeling like a Cow!

So disappointed with this dealership! I bought a used car from them, which they advertised to be in perfect condition with no scratches or marks. Communication was difficult, as no one was ever available and when someone was available, all they could say is that ‘this is no my responsibility’. When I arrived to pick the car up, there was a big scratch on the front bumper, the backseats were covered in chocolate (in the car that I have been told will get valeted). The windshield wipers were also old and needed replacing, but after I called and asked for help with this, we have been ignored and never called back.
10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership!

Even a 1 star is too good for them. Complete cowboys, reserved a car, was assured that it had been prepped to Marshall and Honda standards both cosmetically as well as their vehicle check. I travelled 300 miles round trip to view the car. On arrival was shocked to discover that the car has multiple scratches, and cosmetic issues. Test drove and the car went into limp mode. Was assured that all issues will be resolved (cosmetic and mechanical/electrical). Agreed sale, took deposit. 5 days later the manager calls, stating the car needs £2000 of parts and they cant sell me at the agreed price. Was only given an option to buy another car which was £5500 more or refund deposit. Will never buy from Marshall's again.

I have just purchased a 2nd hand Audi and Aman and all the Team from this placed offered an outstanding service.
The car was sold to me at a very reasonable price and I part exchange my own car to them and was delighted with the price they bought it for.
So thanks Aman for my new car, a nice Xmas present.
I highly recommend this dealership

I had one of the most amazing services by Aman. He was extremely helpful and friendly; I am honestly very grateful. We ended up buying a Honda Civic and I couldn’t be any happier with the car and with the service provided by Aman. I highly recommend coming to this brunch and specifically booking with Aman.
