Horrible place another government run drug den with police and emergency services in attendance almost daily how you get me wrong I used the services on Graham I know these things first time the staff of very well meaning and good people the people that are there though because a lot of problems in the area and one of anti-social behaviour this cannot be denied but I feel the community should volunteer there listen to them maybe make a home cooked meal for them Vincent Close books blankets sleep on the floor and have lost everything and have nowhere to go maybe if the community showed them some love and spend some time there they could help them turn things around just a little bit

Fantastic work is being done 24/7 to help the homeless in this hub. Absolutely amazing. My heartfelt thanks to all the staff who enormously dedicate lots of hours helping people who are truly in need of help and assistance. There are a million ways of helping if you truly wish to....because where there's a will there's a way.

People who live in here steal metal from gardens and street furniture. when I challenged two of them they threatened me with CS gas.
When begging their fake pleasantness quickly become threats and aggression if a woman on her own has not complied with their demands.

Would not recommend anyone to go there even if your homeless that how bad the place is. The staff are terrible most of them don't no what thay are doing including the managers. The place is basically a crack house everyone drinking and smoking and injecting and fighting and dying....

Just like all the organizations in the UK they only offer a very big bla-bla and no real help. If you homeless I suggest you try to deal on your own rather than waste your time with Street link, Mungos, Crisis or whatever other things like this. Pure useless!
