YHA New Forest

Check in process was easy, staff was very friendly and the place was immaculate. Beds were comfortable as was the lounge area. Very well situated for exploring the New Forest. Special thanks to CARRY for taking the time to locate & return via post, an item of great personal value, received in time for me leaving the country. Well above and beyond! Thank you.

Lovely place to camp, the location is quiet (although the dawn chorus is impressive!) and the self-catering facilities you have access to are great with multiple full sets of kitchen appliances. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the location is great for exploring this part of the forest on foot.

Stayed in a bell tent. Was great. Staff were friendly. Facilities were by far the best I've seen for YHAs including an outdoor shower shack and loo shack. There were pods and indoor accommodation. The evening menu was limited so I went to the pud down the road, but breakfast was good.

Wonderful place to camp, well equipped and clean facilities as well as friendly and helpful staff. Great location for a camp and fairy lights on the tents really make it look special at night. Fire pits are a lovely touch.

Nice clean and very polite staff ,some vegan food is available and can change some to vegan.

Very friendly, great facilities. Clean rooms, a little spartan but you know with YHA that it's a bed and WC and that's all you need.

Just around the corner from Burley, where there's a nice local general store and a brilliant bike hire place also, so well located. A little far from public transport unless you wish to pay for the New Forest bus tour network.

What a great place this is! Staff are really friendly, the facilities are great, the camping pods are cozy and warm, heated and with electricity. The toilets are clean and have heaters, the water in the showers is hot. The breakfast baps they are doing at the moment are yummy! Above all great value for money!
