Only stayed a couple of nights for work but it had everything I could ask for and more. An Alexa in the room was a nice touch. Very modern clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

A good room with a decent bed, decent shower, decent tv with net flicks included but no normal tv, and a fridge with drinks and snacks. Prices were more than a shop but it was a saviour when I needed some.
A lot cheaper than other places in the area as we and it did exactly what I needed it for.

Really impressed with our stay. Host 18 of us with ease. Everyone was really happy with their rooms, tvs etc. Tucked away so no road noise etc. Great location and provided some oats for breakfast too.

The rooms are clean and modern with very comfy beds, the facilities are very nice and with there little extras are a lovely touch. The owners are very polite and chatty, would highly recommend staying there.

Stopped after spending the day in the beach resort of Skegness some 30ish minutes drive from here. Clean. Modern. Fresh. Had microwave shower toilet echo dot, wireless charger, USB ports on all sockets free view TV and netflix. Modern locks on doors. Had family room of double bed amd bunk beds. Complimentary toothbrush soaps, show gels and full towel sets. Lovely in room only downsides we found were no catering or food services, they're on the way soon, and WiFi was for some reason unable to connect despite few connections and several devices trying. Parking was off-street and limited but for the size of the place this isn't a major issue at all. Overall I would recommend it to stay for short overnights or business trips. Once the WiFi and kitchen services sorted this will be a little gem.

The owners were nice but I'm afraid the hotel was a disappointment. The noise from the fridge kept me awake all night. The hotel was still being renovated so maybe once it is completed it will be a whole lot better.

Nice hotel. Friendly owners. Clean comfy rooms. In an industrial estate but quiet enough and only 20 minutes walk into town.
