Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone

Excellent hotel with fabulous service overall. I had a 3rd floor room overlooking the start line with a small balcony. The room was spotless, comfy and with a view money can't buy. the restaurant was quite small, food quality and service all excellent. Highly recommended.

Brand new hotel, opened summer 2022, car park still not finished (Nov). Rooms were quite compact. But very quiet - no noisy roads or town centre. Frustrating not to be able to use the walkway over the Wing - necessitated a 5 mile drive around the site. But, location is excellent, right on the start line/pit straight. Trackside balcony was a real boon. Worried that because it was new the staff would be poorly trained but they were excellent - all so eager to help. Suspect this is down to the leadership. On our second morning, we came down to breakfast at 0930 - it had been ransacked. There were no tables left, we had to wait for a new one. The food was all gone. Was impressive to see the floor manager out clearing and resetting tables herself. She also told the kitchen staff to restock the hot counter and not to clear it off at 10am (as they had started to do) since all the guests who had been waiting for a table hadn’t had a chance to access it.

Only stayed for one night but wow, what a fantastic hotel/location and will definitely return. Booked a one bedroom suite with a track facing balcony and it was amazing - very spacious accommodation and we watched various performance cars whizzing around the track. Every single staff member we spoke to was so helpful & friendly, they are a great team considering the hotel has only been open a few months. Restaurant service and food quality was excellent. Fabulous stay & highly recommended.

We stayed here for 2 nights to watch the British touring cars event at Silverstone circuit. Ideal location as only a 5 min walk to the entrance of Silverstone.

Reception staff very helpful and informative and there is nice furniture to chill out on.

Room was absolutely stunning! 55" tv, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed with luxury bedding, had shower gel/shampoo/conditioner/hand wash and body lotion for you to use. Hairdryer and towels also supplied. Air conditioning works well and nice and quiet. Had tea and coffee making facilities.

Restaurant seems a little small for the size of the hotel but service and food was still great.

Roof top bar not currently open but looks absolutely stunning up there.

We will definitely be returning in the future.

First visit to the hotel and enjoyed our overnight stay. The view outside my (very nice) room was exceptional and would absolutely love to stay during the month of July for obvious reasons!! The service in the restaurant was really friendly and if there had been more vegan options on the menu my rating would have been even higher.

Lovely hotel. It has only been open for a few months. In a fabulous position for the circuit. Stayed the night with my dad for his 65th. When I booked online, I mentioned that it was for his birthday but did not request any special touches, etc. It was lovely when we went into our rooms as the staff had left a slice of chocolate torte and a birthday card. As the staff did not know who's room was who's, they did this in both of our rooms, which was so nice!

All the staff we spoke to were very polite and chatty. The waitress and manager in the restaurant were rushed off their feet the evening we were there due to a large crowd turning up and not booking. I felt sorry for them, but they kept everything flowing well and managed the situation great.

My dads room had a balcony and overlooked the Hamilton Straight, which he loved. The 55-inch TV in the room with Sky Sports was a highlight for him too!

Breakfast was fab. There are plenty of hot and cold choices, and you could eat and drink as much as you liked.

We would definitely come back again.

We booked a track view room, even though there was no racing on, but to be facing the starting grid was amazing. We used the restaurant and whilst the food was okay, Zak the bar and restaurant manager was excellent. He found the wine we wanted when he thought it was sold out and nothing was too much trouble. He had great knowledge of F1 and we enjoyed talking about the racing with him. Excellent hotel, rooms clean and spacious and excellent location. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

You cant fault the location. And we had a balcony view, which was an unexpected bonus. The rooms are smaller than perhaps I expected, and the shower opens out into the room, so you end up with a wet floor as you cant get to the hook without exiting the cubicle. That hasn't been thought through.
Breakfast was nice, and had waffles (bonus) but I had the longest wait of any hotel outside of Vegas for it.
