Crow Wood Hotel & Spa Resort

Hotel rooms fantastic with huge comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Super friendly staff. AMAZING breakfast buffet. Fantastic spa treatment.

These are some bullet points from our recent stay. We will certainly be back. Wilfred’s restaurant is amazing and the spa is extremely relaxing.

Things here are not cheap but it is worth every penny. Very happy.

Pleasant hotel and location. Helpful service but receptionists need to speak more slowly and clearly. The double room was spacious enough and well equipped. But Floor 1 suffers from sound leakage from disco below, especially bass. The bathroom was clean and shower good, but there needs to be something to hang wet towels on.

Very posh and very modern, great walks around the hotel. Lifts are great, and the rooms are large, clean and tidy. The shower is hot and powerful but needs a grab rail. There are three pools but not sure which are free. Be warned breakfast starts at 08.00 at weekends also they take £100 on your card which isn't refunded for over a week, but still a good experience

A gift from our children, we thoughly enjoyed our meal and overnight stay in this elegant, modern, beautiful hotel.
The staff in all areas are amazing first class in particular on reception where SHANNON shines. What a lovely welcome!!
No complaints , the food and the bedroom were 'top quality' (huge comfy bed with the best pillows I have ever experienced in a hotel)
BUT two suggestions
1. We are both early 70's the instructions on the safe in the bedroom was just out of our normal vision and it would have been better on the self above.
2. Although there is the option to eat in the room there isnt an appropriate eating area if there are 2 people staying. (A small table at the very least).

I have stayed here multiple times over the past year or so. Every single staff member is friendly and attentive, the rooms are spectacular and fingers crossed you're blessed with the wonderful view of the grounds as well. The food all across the sites at Crow Wood is divine as well, and you really do get what you pay for.

I am getting married here next year and I am incredibly excited. Couldn't think of a more perfect spot for a wedding. The wedding planners and organisers here also go above and beyond to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.

All in all, couldn't recommend this place highly enough!

It was beautiful, clean, extremely gorgeous grounds and staff were superb. We had only ever been to The Woodland Spa in 2018 whilst they commenced building the new hotel. Boy was it a pleasant surprise!!! Absolutely breathtaking! As for the spa - still the best around by far!!!

Have just had an overnight spa break with my daughter and I cannot recommend this hotel and spa highly enough. Room was ready when we checked in, staff ( especially Rudolph!) were so friendly, room was lovely, clean and modern. Spa a short walk away, the reception staff were so helpful, they sat down with us and talked through the day, facilities available etc. Changing rooms the nicest I have been in. Was not too busy so plenty of beds to lounge on. Facilities were superb, we especially loved the outdoor hot pool areas and the quiet zone. Bar area with fire pit was great. Had a Rasul mud treatment which was fab. Lunch in Bertram’s was delicious then dinner in the hotel later in the evening was excellent too. Breakfast buffet was first class. For facilities and staff I would give it the highest marks, we cannot wait to return.

Stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days for my birthday celebrations.
We booked double deluxe room. Lovely clean room with the view of the Greenery.
Breakfast was pleasant, nice small choice breakfast buffet.
The spa was amazing, the choice of spa facilities is the best I have seen so far. They have sauna, steam room, salt steam room, jacuzzis, a heated pool, clay mask room, quiet room with a private pool. Overall our stay was great. The staff are accomodating and friendly.
We would highly recommend this place for friends and families.
