This hotel is 100% the most amazing place I've been. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay stress free and unique. The design and decor of the hotel is out of this world and has been very well put together. The bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable. They have a lovely lounge bar we could relax, enjoy their unique cocktails and listen to some very talented musicians playing live. I can not express enough how special the staff make you feel here. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a unique, classy stress free stay in London.

This hotel is a case of style over substance. Stayed in a Signature room. It's not the smallest they have, but it was tiny. Only 12-18 inches either side of the small double bed. One window was missing it's double glazing, so loads of road noise too. No light over the bathroom mirror, so shaving was challenging.

The staff are nice, it's got a funky vibe, but to be honest it's not somewhere I'll be staying again.

An excellent London stay. I've stayed in central London a few times and this hotel has the most character and accommodating staff. Rooms were beautiful, amenities were plenty, and the cocktail lounge was definitely a highlight. I read several reviews about the hotel being noisy, but ours was quiet and I'm sure any not facing the high street will be the same.
Our only complaint was that the bed did not have a top sheet. Despite the room having AC the duvet was very hot (and we like to have something thin covering us even if we're warm). Overall we highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff, vibrant and colourful decor throughout.
Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was perfectly comfortable.

We enjoyed the vibe and great live music at the live lounge in the evening.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

best hotel stay ever!! the rooms were gorgeous but the staff made the whole experience. I was welcomed to warmly by both the night and morning teams (especially Hanád and Frank!!). Just all great people, so attentive and a great laugh :)

The bar was incredible, with delicious cocktails and music thanks to the night team and bar manager. They even moved my table when they saw a guy making me uncomfortable.

I have already reccomended the Hux to all of my family and friends, not to mention the prime location.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Kensington - a real hidden gem on the high street. I was a lone female traveller and I felt extremely well looked after from even before arriving. Space is a little limited in the smaller rooms (slightly poky shower/wash space), so I asked to be upgraded from room 307 to 301 and really did appreciate the extra room. Rooms are bright and colourful with velvet chairs/stools. Beds are extremely comfortable - plush pillows and cushion. Kettle with tea/coffee etc. Robes in the washroom, TV with all the apps. A tiny lounge/bar with live music playing - didn't disturb me at all and had a wonderful vibe. Very quiet at night. I felt safe and extremely comfortable here and will be booking to stay on my next visit to London. Thank you Hux Hotel for making my stay a lovely one.

Absolutely lovely and (still somewhat) hidden gem. This relatively new hotel has all potential to become The Place to stay when in London.
The location is decent; literally on Kensington High Street, yet a step away from the stunning, atmospheric residential streets of Kensington. You can walk across the park to reach the central line. The nearest underground is a little walk up the High Street, but very manageable.

The hotel itself is fairly small, very atmospheric with a striking animal themed interior. Very unique rooms, more boutique style, but creative. This one certainly stands out from the usual everyday hotels. I won't give away too much, you want to experience it yourself.
The bar is equally beautiful, very chilled atmosphere during my stay, soft live music and excellent cocktails. Staff are superb, they clearly share the passion to become the best hotel and service in London.
I wish them all the best, and no doubt will be back with my other half.

Very cool place, the staff was super helpful, the cocktails were great, and the rooms very clean. However, we booked the “petite” room not realizing that it was literally a bed with just enough room to open the door to the bathroom. We got upgraded due to our complaint, but keep in mind the rooms are very small while booking.
