I visited the spa with 4 of my friends over the weekend, what can I say the spa was beautiful, there are alot of different saunas to choose from a thermal pool inside.
There are 2 hot tubs outside.
We would like to give a special mention to Lewis who went above and beyond, he was friendly yet professional looked after us while we enjoyed refreshments after our spa.
We would definitely recommend, hopefully be back very soon.

Wasn't sure what to expect. Plenty of nice staff about. A good choice of saunas, steam rooms, 2 outdoor hot tubs and a swimming pool size hot tub. Different showers and relaxing beds. Out door sauna, warm rooms and opportunity for a drink. We enjoyed a nice cup of coffee. Came home thourghly relaxed. Now we've sussed the layout will try the mud room next time.

Absolutely amazing. Reception staff are very welcoming and so polite. Being a Muslim I needed a quiet area to pray and was amazing, went out there way yo make sure we had somewhere to pray. Afternoon Tea was delicious. Can't fault it. Definitely will be going again. Thank you guys, it was a pleasure.

Stayed at Ribby Hall for a spa break with my daughter. On the day of our arrival, we had a two hour period enjoying the spa facilities, which included thermal pool , saunas, hot tubs, and steam rooms. We booked a luxury room which was lovely, especially liked the bathroom which was big and spacious, and also had both bath and shower. Dined in the Orangery in the evening, and enjoyed our meal, before retiring to bed. Beds were comfortable, we both slept really well. Had breakfast in the Orangery the next morning which was delicious, after which we enjoyed another hour in the spa (9-10am) Check out was at 11am.The staff at Ribby Hall are amazing. Would definitely recommend, and hope to return in the New Year.

I found the spa to be fantastic but I was a little upset about the service within the restaurant. We walked up to the restaurant the day before our spa evening and asked if we could book a table for a meal. The answer was a straight no, no checking the computer and no alternatives. It's only after talking to another guest that we found out we could eat in the bar. Apart from that the spa itself was excellent.

Only attended the Spa but this was a delightful day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa itself is delightful and very relaxing with lots of options and numbers per hour limited make it calm too. Recommended.

Experienced the thermal journey with a 2 course lunch. The day was lovely and very relaxing. The facilities were very clean and we'll kept and the staff were all very helpful.
Lots of different spa experiences within the thermal journey experience. Perfect for a relaxing day out with friends

We visited for a spa experience & afternoon tea. What a lovely place - really relaxing, well maintained and the staff were friendly. It was a little busier than I expected in the spa - it wasn't a problem but we did have to wait a few times to go into different saunas/steam rooms/pools etc.

The changing facilities were great - the only improvement would be a little thought for those of us with curly hair! The hairdryers and GHD straightners were a luxurious touch, but perhaps add a diffuser for those who need one. It would be very appreciated!

Also I felt the afternoon tea, although lovely, could have been perhaps a little better. It was really nice, don't get me wrong, but I wasn't as overwhelmed as I expected. Four little sandwiches which had fairly basic fillings (could have been overfilled with really nice hand carved ham or turkey instead of what felt like normal sandwich ham, a better helping of egg with fresh cress etc) two little hot things (the brie and cranberry wanton was delicious!) a scone ( which was delicious and light but two pots of cream between three?!) and some little cakes which, though really tasty, weren't wow. I think I just expected a bit more as there are some REALLY nice afternoon teas out there to be had!
