I went and stayed for a week with a colleague in our own room. The receptionist even messed that up and gave us the The wrong keys, essentially switching our room. My switched room had the worst stench in the world. When asked to switch room, they didn't have another room available. My colleagues room was much better. We paid the same money for both rooms, but my colleague's room had much more modern furnishings and much cleaner. The room they switched me into after a day, was and older room. The window won't close all the way because it isn't aligned correctly. There were millions of different bugs coming in throughout night and day. Can't afford to keep the WI dows closed due to smell of mold from the shower curtain. Sheets were very dirty as well as the covers. Carpets were sticky everywhere. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in this horrible hotel.

Rooms a little dated but a comfy bed, wifi is terrible and no phone signal on giffgaff or Vodafone.... Parking for larger vans is ok.

Staff are friendly.

Had the breakfast and sausage was from the previous night so dry AF eggs were good, rest is standard premier inn

Don't have a room at the back very noisy the old windows don't help.
In fact don't stay at all the Police had to remove violent guests
Don't bother complaining to Whitbread head office they don't even reply. Hotel Manager merely offered another room

Room smelt of sweat and dust in prominent places I.e on tops of desks and shelving. Pack of tablets found under futon and eye drops found under bed ( could have been very serious if a child found them). No clean security tags on spare pillows like other Premier Inns. Bedside light not working. The housekeeping was clearly lacking and let you down massively but reception staff were super friendly. Bed comfy and great hot water pressure.

Communal areas, room and bathroom dirty. Chewing gum stuck on shelves and carpets heavily stained. Sheets and towels stained.
Urgent maintence and decoration needed.
Wifi including premium wifi would not connect.

When we got there the corridors smelt of sick and beer. The room smelt of smoke and the air-conditioning was so loud I felt like I was sleeping under a building site.

Breakfast was good but a young members of staff was extremely rude, insisting on us showing proof of payment. We had key card but no signal to find email confirmation. After speaking to a manager she looked at the sheet in front of the young women which stated we had paid. Very embarrassing
