Here for a wedding reception event, great staff, lovely place, drinks at the bar were average priced, not too expensive, great DJ, had a good boogie. They also have very comfortable seating area in the Foyer, Reception staff was friendly & polite on arrival. Would come here again.

This is a nice vintage hotel. Interior and exterior are awesome and gives you royal feel but the rooms (or probably my room) are really old and small. If you want nice room, stay in some modern hotel but I would suggest to experience this once. Restaurant is nice.

This hotel was probably very grand back in the day but it's currently really run down, this is bearable but unfortunately it's also very, very dirty which wasn't bearable and we had to be moved rooms.
I've put a short clip on of the shower head which was taped together, the black dots on the ceiling that you can see were dead flies - they were everywhere. There was also hairs on the walls and floors. The communal areas such as corridors and the leisure facilities etc were filthy too.

The food was actually pretty nice, I'd pass on the afternoon tea but the evening meals were lovely.

The staff probably could do with a bit more training but were pleasant enough and the lady who served us as breakfast couldn't have been more helpful.

We went on a trip with several friends so we had a brilliant time and enjoyed the all inclusive drinks.

There is so much cctv everywhere it's so strange given no money has been spent on anything else. Not sure what they do with quite so much footage.

Needs a lot of investment and wouldn't go again but lots of stories to tell!

We stayed at the Oaks Hotel taking advantage of their all inclusive package as a birthday night away. The hall way is dominated by a double staircase, huge stain glass window, leather chairs and sofas which very impressive. The staff were really friendly and helpful, we used the stream room, sauna, jacuzzi and pool which were well maintained and very clean. This was followed by an afternoon tea of sandwiches, scones and cakes, I upgraded our room as a birthday surprise and it really was a surprise! We were given a luxurious suite with with a king sized bed, large TVs in the bedroom and lounge with a comfortable leathers sofa. The facilities included a coffee machine and snacks. Before dinner we enjoyed a bottle of chilled wine which was in the room ready for our arrival.
The 3 course meal and inclusive drinks were to a good standard served by cheerful and friendly staff. After dinner we moved into a really pleasant bar and made the most of the selection of the all inclusive drinks menu. We had a great nights sleep in the comfortable king sized bed before a substantial cooked breakfast, toast, cereals etc. We really enjoyed our stay it’s was a great all inclusive experience in lovely setting and great value. Thanks everyone for a couple of days to remember. We will be back again soon.

Great hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds. Stunning staircase with stained glass windows at the top. On Google maps it sends you up Holden Rd as hotel entrance it isn't. Go past Holden Rd forward 10 yards and hotel gates are on the right.

My wife, dog and I have just arrived back home, refreshed, after a short break at this lovely hotel. Comfortable and spacious bedroom with bath and shower. Very clean. Well stocked bar with comfy seats and Tyler worked hard to cater for a busy room but still had time for a chat. Wonderful breakfast and evening meal. Good size pool with 2 hot tubs, steam room and sauna. Friendly and professional staff who loved making a fuss of our dog Molly. We will certainly be visiting again

Came along to all inclusive night away. Staff were super friendly shout out to Sarah on reception and Alex in the restaurant. Good choice of drinks and food. Really enjoyed evening meal and breakfast. Hotel is a little dated but its clean and all the pool jucuzzi area was all working and could use these facilities. Would recommend

Had a lovely weekend away, room was nice but there was evidence of a water leak from upstairs on the ceiling and bath could have done with resealing as stained. Pipes were noisy when another room flushed their toilet ir had the water on and gave a high pitched noise out which was quite annoying but apart from that nothing to complain about. Breakfast was very good , room wasn't replenished but everything you needed could be got from reception. Parking was free and plenty of it. Pool and spa were nice and clean, jacuzzi was lovely. Worth nothing that due to the all inclusive deal they do, the bar was very busy and there were a lot of drunk people taking full advantage of it. I'd come back but prices seem to have shot up now, I paid £140 for 2 nights bed and breakfast.
