Came from Canada for a 10 night stay. We have stayed in Hampton Inns all over the world and this was by far the BEST!! Manager Fran was exceptional and made sure everything was perfect. Assistant Manager Frankie was also extremely helpful. All of the front desk staff were great. The rooms were large, clean and bright. Housekeeping manager was really good and made sure everything in our room was perfect. Breakfast is included in the rate and was delicious and plentiful. Always replenished so there was plenty of food. Lots of choices including a waffle machine! Nice bar and small dinner menu. Plenty of free parking. Great location just off of M65. Definitely go back next year!

Stayed at this hotel over the weekend...whilst the hotel is nice, friendly staff and great breakfast-I am hugely disappointed by the room service. Only the bed was made (barely)- room not hoovered, tea coffee facilities a mess and not topped up, bathroom not cleaned, dirty towels not replaced and bins not emptied even though completely full due to nappy changes for my little one.

Great hotel in a great location. I stopped here for an onward journey and it was ideally located near main M roads. Service station next door was amazing and had plenty of choice. The hotel staff were great! Helping with everything and very chatty. Rooms were spacious and clean! Lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. I would definitely go here again.

Clean, modern hotel with good facilities and plenty of free parking spaces. There were plenty of options for breakfast including turkey bacon and a good selection of vegetarian options. The staff were polite, friendly and professional. All in all a good experience and we will definitely be staying here again if we are in the area.

Booked for a one night stay. Lovely modern and clean hotel. Very good location for families who want to be away from the hustle and bustle. Only downside was that the mattress on the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend a sea view room. Well worth it.

Very conveniently located just off the M65 on the edge of Blackburn. Across the road from a small service station which has a supermarket, KFC & Starbucks.
Many might be put off with the hotel being located next to an industrial estate, but you don't get affected at all by any works traffic. The windows are very well soundproofed.
The reception & dining area is a nice and large open space, with plenty of seating options. Snacks and drinks are for sale at reception all day/night which is good.
All the staff I encountered were excellent, as expected. I was greeted with a smile and a hello upon check in, then every time I left or returned I was greeted, which is a great touch of customer service. Whoever trained these staff did a brilliant job!
The room itself was nice and spacious, the 'sofa' or seating area next to the bed was a welcome addition, as well as the fridge. TV was very big, which is good. There is a fixed shower head & a handheld one, it's great you get a choice.
The only downside is that the pillows are way too soft so your head ends up resting on the mattress, so take your own pillows if you can. I'll certainly do this next time.
For the price I paid, which is the average rate by the looks of it, I say it was more than value for money, I will definitely be staying again at some point, especially to visit surrounding areas.

Booked a last minute overnight stay as we were celebrating a friend's birthday locally. Staff were really helpful on arrival. The room was spacious, clean and modern better than expected. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. It was a relaxed atmosphere, didn't feel rushed or in the way. We would definitely look to book another Hampton stay.

Booked in last minute on New year's Day. Staff at reception very friendly, professional. Explained the costs of the room, where to get breakfast from how to connect to WiFi and how to contact reception should I require it. Room was comfortable, well equipped, bed was very comfortable had a good sleep.Breakfast was included, wide range from continental to waffles and everything in between. I went down towards end of service and still plenty of food available. Staff friendly and welcoming, helpful.
