It was a budget hotel. Central burnley. Undergoing a refurb. My room was clean tidy and very comfortable brand new bed. Staff were brilliant. Made me a cappucino as soon as i arrived. Fabulous welcome from Tony on reception. Escorted me to my room. Which is old school portering. If your after clean comfy budget. This is exactly what your looking for.

Way more money than it's worth, people's hair allover bed and sink like the place hadn't been cleaned from last person and don't even get me started on how dirty the radiator was... Not to mention the staff just seemed like really dodgy people.
