Used the villa express as we had a wedding in Kirkham. Great location for us. Staff member on reception when we arrived was brilliant.Couldn't do enough for us. So efficient and helpful. Room was ok. Bed very comfortable and clean.

Very nice budget hotel. Room only but the pub next door serves food. Room was clean, plenty of storage. Bathroom was clean and tidy but the shower cubicle a little small. Great place to stay if you are exploring the Blackpool coast as convenient for the motorways. Also 5 minutes drive from the little town of Kirkham which has shops and eateries aplenty. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed for work the room was standard just wish I had known the pub next door isn't open Monday-wednesday the man on reception was nice just needs an update

Stayed for one night and overall, pleasant experience. The receptionist was amazing, welcoming and very helpful
One issue we had, not enough pillows and when we asked for more, they didnt have any. They're on order so hopefully the next set of guests etc will have access to more pillows should they need

The star is for the staff, they were all very nice and helpful. Excellent and always available when needed.
I was disappointed because the pictures looked so much better than what I saw when I got there.
There was a dirty wine glass left in the room. Cobwebs and spiders in almost every corner of the room.The carpet looked so dirty and there seemed to be a smell coming from it. The worst part had to be seeing a brown stain on the toilet seat.
I definitely do not feel I got my money's worth. I paid £150 for 2 nights and it was a very uncomfortable stay for me.

Bit of an odd one, due to arriving the evening before a menu change. Unfortunately, the vegan options on the menu weren't available, but they sorted out a vegan pizza as a replacement very quickly. It was a really good pizza too, so the other options certainly weren't missed!
Apparently they're introducing a number of new vegan and vegetarian options, and I cannot wait to see what they bring in on any future visits.
