Asperion Hotel

I was booked here by my employer. Was a very pleasant stay; rooms well decorated and fitted, good heating (I had to turn the radiator off completely, it was so efficient), nice breakfast. 10 minute walk into central Guildford/train station. Staff very helpful and hardworking.

My only feedback point would be heated mirrors in the bathroom; mine fogged up completely after a shower.

Would stay again. 👍

This lovely little hotel has the charm of family ownership. A great location towards Guildford train station and essentially the city centre adds to the attractivity.

The breakfast was quite pricey but the quality was impeccable. I had the smallest room category with my bathroom and shower a few meters down the carpeted hallway.

A little confused by the service lady regarding who ordered which breakfast was quickly resolved and it was clear they care about their guests.

Came to stay near Family. Quiet and very Nice area. Near awesome Guilford. Breakfast was lovely. Room Spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Great area. Great people Great updated building. Loved it!! MODERN updates and reasonable price

Stayed here over the weekend and I was really pleased! Staff are really welcoming and friendly, the rooms are spacious and cosy, which was ideal for me, my partner and two young kids. Breakfast was really nice which was a bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff very gentle. BUT I stayed for 11 days and the sheets where changed only once. They don't provide soap or shower gel except for the first day, so I had to buy my own - this has never happened in any other hotel I have been until now. The breakfast, althought good and well made, is very limited considering the price (£12.50 a day)

The customer service is definitely brilliant. The single room I have stayed in is a bit small but very clean. It is 15 mins walking distance to town center. It would be good to book on hotels own website so parking and breakfast cost are included in standard room charge.

My experience was unfortunate. I work for a university that sent me to Guilford, I arrived at the hotel with another professor and they gave us a single bed (the voucher included two beds), which was impossible to accept. The easiest thing was to refund the money to the University, leaving us with no way to pay for another hotel and sending us to another Asperion hotel where they charged us full rate and the costs were borne directly by us, leaving us with no money, the taxi was paid for by us too.

Great hotel for a business trip. I loved the homie atmosphere. The people were very nice and helpful. Also the kitchen is very good! Maybe some more variation in breakfast options would be nice. The rooms are clean, simple and have everything you need.
