Booked the Ambrose Hotel for a post funeral reception, the hotel supplied a plentiful cold buffet including tea and coffee for >50 guests. The nice ambiance and full bar facilities, run by helpful professional staff ensured a pleasant ending to a difficult day.

Rating would be higher if rooms were cheaper. An alert of having to carry the bags up the stairs on the posting would be helpful.

Lovely friendly staff but the whole place needs a make over stayed here twice it was a bit noisy for us .
