Premier Inn Farnborough Town Centre hotel

Hotel is in a central location with shopping places nearby. Plenty of cafes and food places. Although the hotel doesn't have its own parking, however there is Plenty of parking in sainsbury car park, right next to the hotel. You can use horizon parking app for £5 a day. You can leave the car park and return again with the same charge.

Overnight stay for family party nearby. very friendly and welcoming staff behind the desk. Room clean. had to ask for toilet roll as was only a small amount on arrival but replenished immediately on asking. obviously not checked by cleaning staff previously.

Great location and had an evening meal which was great. Was told there was 45min wait for food which was ok. Courtney who dealt with me was fantastic, despite being run off her feet but was very friendly and courteous! She did a brilliant job, despite being short staffed on a busy night!!

I stayed here for 10 nights wow great value for money Iam disabled and booked an accessible room there was loads of room to move about un hindered there is ice cold air conditioning and lots of hot air from the ceiling venting easily adjustable by the wall mounted digital thermostat a nice big smart TV with lots of channels to choose from and a choice of two chairs to sit in plenty of power sockets plenty of pros to the room my only complaints would be that the bed is a bit low and it was two single beds joined together in the bathroom there is a very low down bath that is very narrow and an over the bath shower with very poor water pressure this room would be greatly improved with a wet room and a more powerful power shower the staff were amazing making sure they greeted you every time you entered the hotel and the night staff helped me upstairs to my room with my luggage upon arrival for the 10 day stay it cost me £360 which at an avarage £36 per night is amazing value for money I would recommend this hotel to all the only thing lacking is on site parking but there is plenty of parking at sainsbury at an extra cost

I should give more stars if the parking charges was not so confusing in sainsbury. Breakfast OK, as hotels a will Always claim they are fully booked however kitchen at time of breakfast will say there re not many gusts that's why there is no hot buffet . And cooked breakfast need to be ordered. Rooms are OK, however some lights were supposed to be fixed

Was in Room 208 checked in 14 Nov and checked out 0n 15 Nov 2022. I requested to extend my stay for a fee as I was waiting for daughter doing entrance at Wellington College. The receptionist rudely rejected the request and as I prepared to leave at 1209hrs she camped at my do banging it non-stop. I told her I was leaving shortly after dressing up and she would have none of it until I opened the door half naked and she continued to harrass me to leave.

Treating customers like animals is unacceptable. I have travelled the world over and have never been treated like that.

Ventilation fan from restaurant is very loud and causes some rooms to vibrate. I had to ask for it to be turned off at 9.50 pm and it took about 30 minutes for it to stop.

It started again at 5.48 am. Persistent noise between 11 pm and 7 am is considered anti social.

Staff are aware of this but still put guests in here and blame head office when challenged

Rooms are unfit for purpose, avoid

Great customer service, good location in the town center and very close to the main train station. The room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, and good services offered.
